Mike Hailwood’s Grave

Paying respects at the grave of Mike Hailwood at St Mary Magdalene Churchyard in Tamworth-in-Arden.
Mike The Bike is often regarded as one of the greatest motorcycle racers of all time.
Mike sadly passed away after a road traffic collision in 1981, that also claimed the life of his 9 year old daughter, Michelle.

Sadly i never got to see him race bikes, but i did see him in formula 2, formula 5000 and Formula one. one of my 70's heroes. R.I.P.
