Great driver who met such a cruel fate. I witnessed his fine F1 victory at Brands Hatch when he eclipsed all the aces. 😮RIP

Walked past that spot many a time when I lived in Kent. Head Stone starting to show its age a bit now.
Sadly i never got to see him race bikes, but i did see him in formula 2, formula 5000 and Formula one. one of my 70's heroes. R.I.P.

Somewhere around 4.45 there was, a couple of weeks ago, an enormous pothole. I was hoping to see whether it had been repaired yet .
There’s a few patches of repaired tarmac, didn’t notice any major potholes.
Thank you for this Mike to me was the tops,so sad that this was how he lost his live,also his daughter,may they both restn in peace.

Thanks for the positive comment. I’m just starting out on this journey so it’s all a learning experience. Pleased to say the nature sound was how it was recorded, I couldn’t put any soundtrack over it & spoil it.
