Missed me here in Essex Junction. I saw my friend's house in Richmond at 04:26 It's the one with the Ham Radio tower. His basement just got a little wet. He faired much worse during T.S. Irene. The Hubbles Falls Dam on the Winooski River is near my house. It was raging with water over the top.

Thank you so much for this coverage. There has been so much of other locations, and not much locally. Wondering if you might do the Intervale out to the Lake next? I noticed it only took hours for the plume to turn the whole Lake beyond the delta brown.
