I actually don't like Molly. She seems irritable and closed minded, like she would think other cultures are weird just because they're different.

I don’t care for priya. She’s super repetitive and square. She only makes Indian dishes that her mom used to make and when she has to improvise she refers to whatever dish she makes as “poor mans: ______” I would be open to changing my mind if she showed herself being more versatile like an actual professional chef should be

Seems like a good idea when doing eggs in each breadslice to offset the egg holes. That way you get full egg coverage throughout the sandwich instead of a double egg in the center.

Fiona Jackson...we made those 50 years ago and we call them Cowboy eggs and the holes we cut out we fried them up like toast to dip in the center for the egg so this b**** just copycat it

Seems like it'd be better to put the holes as far to the sides as possible, and put the slices together with the eggs on opposite sides, so the egg distribution gets more even. Neat thing though.

When I was growing up those were called one-eyes. Mom would also butter and fry the center cutouts. Sprinkle them with cinnamon sugar for a treat.

I would cut the holes in the bread on opposite ends. That way both halves of the sandwich has a runny egg yolk
Fry up those bread center pieces as well. Love just about anything BEC so this is definitely my jam. 👍

I always cook the holes too. Helps you know how toasted the sandwich is. I also like to flip the bread before dropping the egg in. Cover it for firm whites. Love this dish. Great job MB.

You guys are amazing and I wouldn't normally offer advice but...what if you off set the holes so that when you assemble the sandwich, you could put the two egg breads together with that egg-love in each half?

as long as you're making it a 2 egg sandwich, offset each hole so that you have one egg on each side of the sandwich when you're done, instead of having 2 eggs stacked on top of each other in the center of the sandwich.
