I live in a town of 80,000 people in Pinal County, Arizona. We have ONE ballot box. I mailed my primary ballot in a few days ago. I am able to track my ballot. I lived in Oregon for pretty much all of my adult life, and I've only voted in person once, and that was the first time I was old enough to vote. I think it was 1996. They only vote by mail there by law. No one ever questioned it before.

As a democrat poll worker in arizona the other day, we had voters standing around outside the voting area very loudly complaining about democrats, and one guy showed up with a gun on his hip TO VOTE. The most ridiculous thing that happened was one of those loud voters came up to me AFTER she voted and asked me to sign a petition to get HER candidate elected. HELL NO.
I moved to Phoenix, Arizona 3 years ago to be closer to my family. I was nervous about moving here because of the politics in the area but so far it hasn't been as bad as I thought it would be. Democracy is working. We just have to make sure it continues to do so.

As a democrat poll worker in arizona the other day, we had voters standing around outside the voting area very loudly complaining about democrats, and one guy showed up with a gun on his hip TO VOTE. The most ridiculous thing that happened was one of those loud voters came up to me AFTER she voted and asked me to sign a petition to get HER candidate elected. HELL NO.

I moved to Phoenix, Arizona 3 years ago to be closer to my family. I was nervous about moving here because of the politics in the area but so far it hasn't been as bad as I thought it would be. Democracy is working. We just have to make sure it continues to do so.

Completely relevant. In Texas, there is a law that requires candidates to be religious.
So basically they weren't allowed to vote for Trump in 2016, 2020 or in 2024.
If only that were true. Republicans find a way to twist everything to fit their narrative, so they would lie and say holding a Bible (upside) down means Trump is religious.
It's sad that there has to be a constant fight for free and fair elections, and I am glad you're fighting for us!
