    I realize this is an older video, but I just saw it. The "feature presentation" music at the beginning is totally brilliant and I wish I'd thought of it first. To get back on topic, I used Master chalk for almost four decades, but I cannot deny that some of the new chalks made by Taom are so clean and so long-lasting that I can't ignore them. I eagerly await Tweeten unveiling a clean, but grippy chalk. That would be the best of both worlds.

      Glad you enjoyed it, especially our feature presentation! Yes, if Tweeten were to come out with a cheap super-clean chalk that would definitely stir things up quite a bit 👍

    Master Chalk has always met my needs for decades, so I don't have much to compare it against. Someone once gave me a 24 pack of green Silver Fox, which I used until they were gone. I thought it was easier to apply to the tip than Master, because it was a finer powder, but I'm not sure how much difference it made after application.

      Indeed, Master chalk has been used by many people for decades and served everyone well. Most Pro players would have used it in the past (and some still do!) Chalk technology has jump forward leaps and bounds in recent years, but these old and cheap classic chalks hold their own pretty well, and when you factor in the price of 50c vs $20 per piece many will definitely be sticking to chalks such as Master for a long time to come! Hope that helps!

    Taom is the best if for no other reason than I don't have to brush my table every few days anymore!

      Problem I have with Master chalk is not only it getting the table dirty I was always having to clean my shaft and hands.

    Who's the best? Bruce Leeroy. Great movie... back in the days. Play the Kamui Roku. But only for the reason that my hands stay clean all the time. Master is a good chalk.

      Yes, you get it - Bruce Leeroy! Big cult movie geeks here! We have a review on the Kamui Roku coming up soon actually. We have completed testing on 15 chalks, and will start running tests on the next set of 15 in a few month too. Lots of chalks!! 👍

    Masters blue chalk is ok. But the yellow chalk that is supplied at a pool hall that i go to is awful. Very dry and will not stick to the tip. Maybe because it's nowhere close in popularity and therefore most likely very old. The modern chalks out there are far better.

    • @AverageJoesPool
      @AverageJoesPool  Před 6 měsíci

      Yes, sounds like the yellow may have racked up a few years 👍
