      I really like skaters, med ball throws, and the explosive weight transfers I talk about in the video. That should teach him how to use his legs more. I'd also have him get down on both knees and tell him to throw the ball to you as hard as he can. He will realize that he can't throw it very hard without his lower half. Hopefully he will then understand the importance of working from the ground up!

      Bro, I'm fucking skyrocketing improvement-wise. 2nd year of baseball and my coach wants to get me into pitching. I'm watching this video cause It's not a matter of how fast I can throw it's a matter of how hard I can throw WITHOUT hurting myself.

    Hey dude you've helped me through times with you videos in throwing further faster and more powerful. You coach Justin are like my true coach in showing proper throws foot work and hand motions. I am a huge fan of your training vid.s you make the easy and less complicated than others who hardly explain what to do.I thank you. You have made me a good player and now teams asked me how can you make those gunning throws or pitches or catches and i say because I've watched ultimate baseball training videos. So i really thank you.

    This doesn’t help ur velo at all. U create absolutely no hip to shoulder separation. U hit front foot strike with ur hips not even fully open. U have terrible internal hip rotation, which is limiting ur separation.
