You have to get them graded first. Don’t sell on eBay or anywhere else until they are graded!!! PCGS or one of the Face Book places for coins can tell you where to get them graded at.

That has to be a error on the graders behalf. Just for the heck of it, i opened a roll of BU 2013 Philadelphia pennies that were never opened till tonight. Of that roll about half of them would easily meet the criteria as shown on the ms-67 2010 shield penny highlighted in your video. 14 of the remaining, were far better condition then the MS-67 shown, having few, if any zinc residue spots on them. 2 others could possibly be put out there as candidates for ms-70. So yeah i will agree that grading service is sliding on grading that type of coin. Maybe they do not see many of them..as soon as i can scratch up the cash i will send these Beauties of mine off for grading.

BlueRidgeSilverhound, do these high grades come only from un-circulated coins, or are they being found in bank rolls or pocket change. I was reading about "NF String and Son and BU rolls." However, where are they buying these? To get these un-circulated coins do you buy them at banks. order them, or go to an actual mint? Also, aside from the high grading of these cents the only thing that makes them hot or are the with printing mistakes?? Anyway, whatever is clever I appreciate your videos. I hear you use the term BU but don't know what it means? I am getting loomis rolls from banks that are circulated just trying to get post 1983 coppers, but they all seem to be low grade nicked worn coins.

I have a 2010 that must have been 100% greased up when struck. Obverse and reverse are totally smudged up, larger and the copper is peeled back around edges. It's is hard to put down.

Hi BlueridgeSilverhoud. I just have two questions for you. 1. Would you recommend cleaning these valuable coins and if so what is the best solution? 2. Can you please list the forums and the location where I can send my coins and what the procedures are before sending the coins safely for curating?

Hey blue ridge, I keep the desent penny's I find 82 and latter. everyone who hunts penny's rolls know since the took the copper out the penny's in circulation they are not holding up like the pre 82 coppers do (30 years takes its tole on any circulation coin). Need to get them now and save them rarity is going to set in. 83 thru 90 is few and far between and those are out there are not that great. they would be lucky to grade at 64 maybe 65. I give it 10 more years and the well we be dry at the bank. The only way to find good specimens will be private collections. What do you think siver hound? Here is a good video. Thanks for all the hard work.

I have a 2010 , no spots, a pocket change, beautiful coin. Now, i would like to know, everything, that I need to do, and how i go about selling it. I'm new about this coin collecting. Maybe you can tell me how, if you don't mind. Thanks.
