    Hi, it is me Tom! In this video I would like to introduce you my top 11 intermediate tricks in tricking and martial arts acrobatics. Some are more martial arts oriented where others are closer to gymnastics. Nevertheless as opposed to the easier moves you will notice that it starts to flow together more and more. This list is not complete and there exist certainly more intermediate tricks. However I think these eleven moves are the most basic intermediate skills and essential to learn to further continue your tricking journey. I hope you like it and thanks for watching.     I like your side flip, but you throw your head back. When you 90 degrees right before you do your side flip, try spotting an object that’s in front of you. That way you’ll be able to see the ground the entire time and your side flip will look cleaner. But anyway I like your video 👍 🔥

    Mobility and Flexibility 💯 , would there be any dietary recommendations or does diet not really play a part in this ?????

      Thank you for your question. For flexibility and mobility a healthy diet definitely plays a part but more in a general sense. It`s essential for good performance and to support the body and is definitely recommended. But it's not that you have to pay attention to a certain amount like with muscle building. Just healthy and balanced, with enough protein to build the structures, and then it's already good. 🙂
