au de coluna/gumbi is very hard for me cause of the arch position
It's funny how this is almost the inverse of what I've found easy and difficult. The hand and head spins were one of the easiest moves for me. I could never do a proper, clean Au de frente, however

IDK after all the years I still find bridge rotation and macaco to be way easier than all the previously mentioned moves.
Also "macaco from standing position" was indeed scary to try but very simple to do. Then again, I had a break for over a year after that and forgot how to do it...😂
Handspin is only demanding to force yourself to spin the legs. However for me the cheat was to just lose balance while doing handstand, then the spinning motion happens on its own. But I admit that it's way less refined compared to a properly executed handspin.
Overall it was curious to see how you rate the movements, even though I personally see them in a different order. Ty for the video.
Head spin - is called "piao de mao". QDR - "queda da rins" - or "kidney fall".
Corta capim - this means "grass cut", so keenly, a continuous low straight leg circle around near ground, often used for offense as a takedown move (sweep, or "arrastao").
