I think it's strange how people think they have the right to say these things to anyone and then act confused when someone says they are depressed or suffer from low self-esteem, especially dark skinned black women. At this point, I have heard people say so many horrible things to me that I don't even care anymore. It used to hurt my soul because I would never say anything like that to someone. I'm on team unbothered now 💅🏿 I have things to do!

This is absolutely crazy. Gyal you look younger & good. I’m telling you when you get thinner, the jealousy comes out. I don’t give a sh- what people say. Whenever I’m thinner people who used to speaks daily at work…would snub me. When I’m a little thicker, people (ie..women) are nicer. Men give you more attention and you have more privilege. There’s nothing wrong with being bigger or smaller. But please know a slim Black woman gets a lot of hate from other women. Embrace it.

Your body is still processing such a drastic change. It will take time and added effort/assistance for your body to “normalize” I believe building muscle, staying hydrated and eating very healthy will help a lot. Your health is most important as you said everything will fall in place after.

Hello Chanel, I have been on CZcams or your channel so I am seeing you for the first time for about a year, my honest opinion is you look amazing, I think that with you nutrient rich diet and exercise with with new look will tone anything that needs to tone as you have lost alot in a short space of time. Don't focus on the negative words of superficial small minded people and focus on health and a mindset on nutrient. Trust me with time as your body adjust you will be looking more and more beautiful. I am like wow Chanel, Wow!!! That is all I can say I am shockingly amazed and had to do a double take and wonder, is this Chanel?? Keep up the amazing work on yourself and focus on getting all the info on nutrient rich eating some gentle constant exercise that you can do long term the body will adjust. I am so impressed.
