You can have PCOS without having cystic ovaries 100% of the time. I haven't had an ovarian cyst since I was 22 and I still meet all of the other diagnostic criteria according to the top endocrinologist who ended up diagnosing me. Hormone tests can also be ineffective depending on what time of your cycle, and if there are other underlying conditions at play. There are several different kinds of PCOS, and most good endocrinologists will make the determination based on a complete medical history (mine took almost 2 hours), review of lab work, review of symptomolgy, and possibly a trial of medication like a progesterone product, or metformin.
My endocrinologist checked my hormones and told me what vitamins I was low in because I have brittle hair dry skin and more. My Endocrinologist helped me out a lot! And P.S you are not aging you have a baby face and smooth skin....you look great. You are gonna laugh at this video when you get my age😊

When I go out and see sisters with all of these wigs and fake hair it boosts my confident even more . I am like gosh I miss the 90s and early 2000s when we were rocking our braids and even though it was not completely natural but our doobies as well . I was on a flight recently and I could count how many of us had our own hair on one hand . Sis these wigs are not it I don’t care how much they cost . The hair does not match our features . It is something about it that says I am running from myself . I don’t care how confident someone comes across . I remember when we use to say I am getting my hair done we were literally talking about the hair that grew from our scalp . Now when we say it we are literally talking about a whole other entity that has to get done to put on our head . Sis I pray your hair grows back .

Also, the extra facial hair could be due to hormonal changes. I have chin hair and I am thinking about going back to having my own home wax treatment. It keeps the hair off for a lot longer and the skin is so smooth. I don't have the money for laser hair removal but if I could afford it, I may try that. Those creams and waxes start to add up. Long term, I don't know what the end result could be using at home treatments.

Same I have hair the same place and don’t have pcos I’ve been tested too I don’t have any symptoms but hair and not clear skin but I’ve been checked and I don’t have it 🤷🏽♀️🤷🏽♀️ I’m on my 4th child 4th pregnancy too I’ve never had a problem with pregnancy trust me. But Yh I think it’s more down to but eating and having children and contraception 🤷🏽♀️
