He has done those kinds of things before. He did US plates in one video. I don't recall if he did plates for other places but look through his uploads, there are some good videos to help you out.
Look up Geoguessr tips in CZcams, there are some great videos out there that will help. And also a website called Geotips that is a great resource for the game.

5:37 the houses don't look very Dutch at all, most of the houses you see here are a lot more uniform, you wouldn't see a different house at the end of a row for instance.
On that last one: I moved from the UK to Poland 11 years ago, and I /still/ get Poland and the Czech Republic mixed up on Geoguessr if there isn't any visible text or license plates. Foliage, buildings and terrain all look so similar. I was thinking Poland for that one too, because the fence and trees look a lot like my own garden.

very very good to know! generally i search for the tsunami warning signs if i think i'm in chile but this is a helpful tip
