@@A_HDMI brushing is just like normal but flossing is extremely important. Eating wise, you can eat anything but be careful with hard/bony foods or sweets. The wire will break eventually but the dentist will fix it for you.

this is such an unnecessary treatment, look at how the angle of your teeth changed to worse and now you're showing more gums when smiling. all you needed were tooth restorations if the diastema bothered you that much.

I wore braces for 11 years 👍 but my case was an extreme one, so don‘t worry. For normal people it‘s typically only for 1-3 years
