Great you watched it. Personally I’d rate it higher than you did. Along with 20 Million Miles to Earth, these early films from Harryhausen are tremendous entertainment and great examples of his skill

I hadn’t seen it since I was a little kid. I’m a huge fan of Harryhausen’s work. His effects are absolutely amazing. It’s tough to rate a movie like this when the effects are the best thing about it. On the effects alone, it’s a 10.
