BMW E39 25% Limited Slip Differential Restoration

In this video I disassembled and reconditioned the differential of my BMW E39 525dA. The first process was to clean the museum that has been assembled in all these 18 years of the car. The second process was to remove the paint ... which turned out to be a failure. The pickling solution I bought didn't work at all. So I used the wire brush a bit and then it went on to blast the differential. Before, I sealed the places where sand could have entered. The last steps were painting, varnishing and changing the oil in it. I used to clean the whole interior with disc spray. The oil used was a SWAG SAE 75W-90 (GL-5). This differential did not require changing the components inside because it works perfectly.
