Recipe:
Hillshire Farm Beef Smoked Sausage
1/2 a bell pepper
1/2 an onions
2 tomatoes
1 1/2 chicken bouillon
6 sprig thyme
1/2 TBSP of cloves / use ground cloves instead
2 tsp tomato paste
1 TBSP Haitian spice
1 box of spaghetti ( Cook according to package direction)
1/2 cup of olive oil
1/2 tsp salt

Everyone said they loved it!!!!!! I can't believe it. Both his younger and older family members have me compliments. I used hotdogs instead of beef sausage. Also made patties from your recipe. By the time I went to get one they were gone! They couldn't believe I wasn't raised in a Haitian household lol. Oh! the puff pastry made them so easy to do. THANK YOU!!!!!

It was delicious! My only issue was the 1/2 cup olive oil made it a little to oily for my taste. I used a little less than 1/2 a cup of olive oil the second time and it was perfect for us. My family loves it. Thank you.

I love to use the Haitians season and stir with the sausage and garlic first just to give the sausage a brownish color. And then I add the red green and yellow pepper. Mmmmmm

My parents are Haitian but I never really learned how to cook Haitian food but Just used this recipe and it came out excellent ! I only skipped the thyme and cloves cause Iâm not a Fan of both however it was still amazing !
