- I tried becoming “that girl” for a day. Let’s be real, when you are in lockdown its pretty hard BUT I gave it a good go. being motivated, staying positive, trying to stay focused, getting some exercise and looking after your mental health in lockdown is important.

thank you for talking about being on medication, i'm in a similar situation and its hard to be open about it, for me at least medication is a starting point and as people we need to be able to build our own skills to cope and help ourselves (I've been on my meds for just over 6 months and best decision I've ever made) i wish you the best for your personal journey and keep staying positive x

I live in Sydney and I've been in Lockdown for the last 3 weeks and it's about to get extended
I have bad anxiety too and I started anxiety meds a few months ago and omg it’s amazing! Like overall I feel so much better and like myself again

Fabulous video. I should get into making home made sushi. I enjoyed the 1-2 hour lockdown walks last year in my suburb. There's always something to do than just school or work... if you're creative. And it's good for you mental health too.
