    Love the info and stats given in this video!! You should bring these back for the 19+ macan's and their respective piggybacks. Im caught between the Burger JB4 and Vector tuning for my 2019 Macan S.

    Really curious as to the 0-60 difference on a Macan turbo with rennchip, can you estimate?

    • @Flat6Motorsports
      @Flat6Motorsports  Před 7 lety

      We did some 20-60 and 30-70 comparisons. If I had to estimate maybe .2/.3 sec quicker from 60 but just going off feel. Info on those here: flat6motorsports.com/blogs/news/macan-tuning-piggyback-performance-dyno-numbers

    Hi Jon, just got a 17 Macan S, diving into all this content you've produced.
    I was interested in looking at the price difference between the two tunes you featured here, but found the rennchip is no longer in your site, any reason for this? Are you no longer recommending it?

      @Flat6Motorsports  Před 4 lety +1

      Gabriel, Rennchip went out of business so we no longer sell their products :) In terms of piggybacks, we like the Vector Tuning option (it's available on our website). It's a very smooth set-up and makes good power. In terms of drivability, it's the best we have tested. Congrats on the Macan, we have a lot of options for you! Let us know how we can help.

      Jon @ Flat 6 Motorsports Thanks Jon, seems unfortunately we all have a lot of time in our hands with this quarantine. Thanks for all your great content, not only I'm getting quite the education, I'm also getting even more excited about this car.

      @@gabrielsouza8118 Well let us know if we can help. We have a ton of Macan clients and quite a few solutions we've developed. It's a great vehicle when you wake it up a little bit. Enjoy!

      It wasn't available when we tested it but we'll add it to our list of things to test.

    What about the VR tuned and DTE?

    • @Flat6Motorsports
      @Flat6Motorsports  Před 7 lety

      We did not have either of those units for testing on the dyno. The DTE unit we showed in a previous video was actually calibrated for the Macan Turbo. We wanted to still show the hardware. We don't have a dyno in-house but looking at doing more testing later this year.

    how much HP does it gain on the wheel

    • @Flat6Motorsports
      @Flat6Motorsports  Před 7 lety

      Check our blog post. The Race Chip added 10.7% at the wheels and the Rennchip 14.4%. The dyno read very low so I'd rather show % increases and the calculated crank, otherwise the gains also seem diminished.
