Refs are taking us as fools, no media will cover this, the whole game is bent, especially against Liverpool.
Lmfao imagine blaming refs
Anthony Taylor didn't play advantage. The video footage that shows the entire field shows that he's gesturing "play on".
Gakpo should have put the ball in the net, even though it wouldn't have been given because of the whistle. If he would have put the ball in the net, there would be way bigger headlines.
IMO this is a bigger scandal than the Diaz situation. Not just because of the false whistle, but what Anthony Taylor did afterwards. He went to the goalkeeper and he's trying to convince him to go down to cover up his mistake. We badly need the audio footage.
The refs need to be held accountable for this season. Absolute shambles and/or corruption. The league has lost all credibility imo. Sad times :(
Cheating is now rife in football, i am getting fed up with it?
I'm getting to the point where I can't wait for the NFL season to start. I had enough of all these dodgy decisions, not just Liverpool games but in every game.
Every club gets bad ref/var calls apart from Lance Armstrong FC. They are the only club to never have a bad var call go against them.
Had a guy who once told me he didn't watch sports bcos it was all rigged. I can't believe how right he is.
*It was a nothing-burger.* At worst, the keeper was just time-wasting (a different whinge for a different day?). Hands up everyone who thought it was a penalty when Gabriel picked the ball up at home to Munich in the CL QF.
They're weird breakdowns in play, yes, but have #SelfRespect. Neither the Bayern 'pen' nor the Gakpo 'chance' are football, are they??? YOU KNOW, THE BEAUTIFUL GAME.
(And I'm a Liverpool fan before anyone starts.)
The Diaz Spurs goal being disallowed was a travesty. As were the Odegaard handball and the Doku decapitation attempt. The two incidents referred to above though are NOTHING LIKE these last 3 incidents.
This REALLY needs an investigation.
Any point, lol?
agree 100% but nothing will be done about it
@@michaelward9317 Yep. Nothing will be done about City's charges either. Are the 2 things linked?..
@@TerribleEnglishYes they are!
I agree but it’s so corrupt that they’ll just do the investigation themselves an find nothing wrong.
No penalty vs Chelsea, arsenal, city ..no red card in Brighton game ,spurs mess ,and now this bullshit .That's nearly 15 points they've cost us
And then they've the cheek to say we're whingers.
I thought I was the only one who remembers the Brighton game ,even if gross got a yellow he would have got a red in the second half because he got booked and we were 2 1 up ,fixed all season 👍
@@perrylindsay6682 to be honest PERRY there's been so many really bad calls against Liverpool I can't remember them all. Did U C the tackle on macca in the Westham game,if that's not at least a yellow card I give up. Why wouldn't our club, players and manager b deflated. This is going on with years do U remember the time Salah was tore to the ground in the CL final v Madrid.
that tackle on McAllister was worse than the Jones one against Tottenham because he was aiming down on McAllister whereas Jones actually rolled over the ball then caught their player ,its been double standards all season ,do you notice they dont even book the opposition players when its us because they know var will send them off ,McAllister and graveberch in the league cup final ,graveberch was out for 3 weeks after that ,stupid law but the refs know theyll get away with it if they dont book them ,Taylor is a manc and he is awful ...and yes I do remember that ba***rd Ramos trying to break Mos arm on purpose, how do people say that Ramos is one of the best defenders ever when hes been sent off so many times ,just lucky he played for real Madrid otherwise just an ordinary defender, dont worry though ,we are the mighty reds YNWA 💪
Gota love the media narrative too all covering for them fuck football
Taylor was placed there yesterday to hinder us for sure. Gakkers scores there and we are 3-1 up and the game is done. Don't forget the Paqueta challenge on Macca.... Not even a booking 😳
Don’t let this go. Social media and TV really haven’t gone into this enough. Only our lot on Twitter
Diaz incident, Gakpo incident, Odegaard handball incident.....we've been on the end of some howlers this season
Don't forget the DOKU challenge on Macalister aswell
They aren’t howlers
@@hi0u91e9 too right there not howlers there pre orchestrated decisions, decided upon to stop Liverpool's rise to the top
@@hi0u91e9 then what are, you scumbag?
Corruption is systemic and acceptable in all areas now....sport,politics, etc. the whole lot is a mess.
Itd be interesting to get an explanation from the PGMOL. See how they protect their man this time
The CORRUPTION in football has been blatant for decades.
Suarez would have put the ball in the back of the net.
Wouldn't have mattered anyway
He would've been given a yellow if he had
@@aotea6983 Doesn't matter. It's the type of mentality we are sorely lacking.
PGMOL have focused far too much on punishing players and managers for things like , kicking the ball away, asking the ref for cards, generally harassing the ref and worst of all just showing too much emotion.
The Gakpo incident for me definitely should give Gakpo the right to point in his face and say ‘you’ve massively fucked up here’. Same for Macca he should be able to say to the ref ‘I was on the floor then, did you book him for that challenge because if not that’s a disgrace’. But we live in a world where Macca and Gakpo would be the ones getting booked in those situations.
They want us to respect refs but how can anyone respect incompetence
for things like: kicking the ball away... it's the beginning of a list so its a colon.
@@freakydeaky1435 well I’ll sleep better tonight
Respect is earned not given, it would do the refs good to remember that.
As the season has gone on we've not seen a card like Trent got at Newcastle for kicking the ball out. (If my memory serves me right)
@@whatmatters683 he got it for throwing it back on the pitch after being launched off it by Gordon and the ref gave Newcastle a throw when it was an obvious foul on trent ,that was early on in the season when they sent 4 of our players off in 7 games ,the irony paqueta should have got sent off for west ham yesterday but they thought otherwise, fixed all season ,end of
Liverpool should ask for clarification on that incident, get the audio released again. A ref screwing up (again) and then trying to cover up his mistake is an absolute disgrace. I swear to god, we've let ourselves down in this title race for sure, but if the referees had any sort of standards we'd still be in the race despite our poor form.
Third time this season ankle breaking challenges were not even given a yellow, meanwhile Jones goes over the ball and gets a red. Its obvious double standards.
Ref cost us 3 points yesterday
Ref tells the goalie to get up twice and signals to play on. Only when Gakpo is running towards the ball does he whistle (twice quickly) to stop Gakpo putting it in the net
This is the worst season for officiating I've ever seen, totally corrupt
Next season may be worse. Until they remove their mafia from VAR, and have impartial persons on VAR. It will continue.
After the Jackson handball in the very first game. I was like that’s our season done. THE VERY FIRST GAME OF A 38 SEASON!
100%. I had the same feeling from matchday 1. PGMOL was set to derail us at any given moment
yep I reiterate, 4 sending offs in first 7 games ,you just knew it ,it stinks
what Taylor did was match fixing pure and simple.....if you need the medic, go down Gakpo was in his rights to score...
he should have thrown the ball out but decided to put the ball down and fix his socks ,by this time gakpo was on him and Taylor bottled it , it is fixed
He didn't need to throw it at all just gone down he threw it because he was ready
it would have made it a definite decision if he threw it out but chose not to ,hence ,play on either way he never went down or throw ball out. same thing ,they all do it
AT spends 20sec calling in medics in when keeper is on his feet, has not even gone down. Because AT blew his whistle, he has to show for it. Another ref decision costing a positive game result for us.
FSG have a great case to take to court.
Pajak is right on his assessment of the Macallister studs imho, but the problem is that we and other teams have gotten red cards for far less reckless and similar stud tackles this season. This is the problem with VAR. No consistency!
Making it up as he goes along 😡
When the keeper caught the ball, he stumbled onto the post with his left foot and seemed to roll his ankles slightly… That’s actually what happened but as you say he should’ve kicked the ball out thrown it out actuality he was about to clear it with Anthony Taylor got him out of jai - typical PGMOL
Totally bizarre refereeing from Taylor, he’s completely cocked up here.
The ref walked real slow to Aerola half of the pitch thinking of his excuse and eating up the clock.
I’ll give next season a go but if this continues it’s strictly UFC for fun than football. It’s too corrupt and it’s obvious. I’ve been watching the game and playing for 45 years but it’s so far removed from grass roots football.
Maybe it's time that refs and officials can be red carded themselves during games for making horrendous mistakes...versus spurs ,arsenal, man city, west ham....this could have cost LFC 12 points.
add Brighton away to that
@@perrylindsay6682 instead of Klopp and Salah arguing we could be 6 plus points clear and marching towards a title only for these morons
At the very least, Taylor should be sent on a “Rules Awareness Course” just like a “Speed Awareness Course” for drivers. It wasn’t a foul so how could he have been playing advantage. The keeper assumed that it was a freekick (for what) and if he was injured then stay down. The referee restarted the match with a dropball which possibly implies that he thought that the keeper needed treatment but the keeper was happy to play on. It was a bizarre and poor decision and we need an explanation as it prevented a goal.
😂😂 I have been waiting for someone to talk about this .
No foul awarded on the keeper he drops the ball blows before gakpo gets to the ball then he allows the keeper to pick the ball up 😂😂😂WOW he needs sacking
If i made as many fuck ups as Taylor has in the last few weeks, I wouldn't have a job. Piss poor.
How everyone was crying about forest game like it was big mistake but we will not see the same energy
If we scored a goal like the Karius- Benzrma goal, it would be disallowed.
I always thought that goal should have been disallowed. I was shocked when it was given
The refs this season have been unbelievable shocking, not just for us….absolutely EVERYONE! When are we going to start getting refs from different countries, I would easily get some German refs in along with their VAR team
lol Hadn't seen this comment, glad to scroll down and see someone else suggest it. If the Bundesliga didn't keep getting ruined by Bayern's antics, it would probably be the better league, and their refs are largely very solid.
Oh really? What terrible decisions have they given against City you muppet? I’ll wait.
Funniest part is when Taylor starts walking over to Areola he makes sure Cody stays away and doesn’t come along explaining his case. Little rat doesn’t want anyone to hear him.
This might help explain Taylors actions :
czcams.com/video/Chwuiwym2Yk/video.html
It also highlights Doku's studs first kung fu kick to the chest of Macallister in the home City match .
What are Premier League referees and Var officials doing in the Emirates if not getting buttered up ? Where is is the integrity ? There is none .
The only way to stop this is to highlight every time a Ref sets foot in the Emirates and any time City are aided and abetted by bent officials . I believe LFC were robbed of the league title in 2022 because of the refs favoring city . No more Prem refs should be allowed to receive money from the Emirates. Its beyond a joke .
The ref had said it’s play on and told areola to get to his feet!. The keeper throws the ball down and it should have just been play on, the ref should not have stopped it an then called the medics on. Awful decision and just highlights furthermore how bad the refs are
Keeper has to throw the ball into touch to get treatment. Taylor is crooked and proved it again
Keeper didn’t want treatment at all, he was pulling his socks up haha. He looked so confused when Taylor called the physios on.
Lookout we're rubbish with 6 games or so. But it's the officials continuously undermining our efforts that has caused this dip in form....we cud n should be 12 points better off.
@@gerardphelan8864true, but it’s so many decisions like these that take players confidence away.
@@RoyJoyce873exactly this,Taylor was telling him to go down, it was like Taylor was shi#*ing himself because the goalie wasn't complying with his request, Taylor's head nearly fell off !!
@@RoyJoyce873yes ,Taylor's head nearly fell off when the goalie never went down ,he was getting more irritated with him when he never went down 😂😂
Its cheating. Im sorry, theres no reason for this to happen. Beyond a joke.
I was really buffled when I was watching that
Var is match fixing
This wasn't VAR?
Media decided to focus on Klopp and Salah argument and decided to forget about this incident 🤔
I was at the game and wondering WTF was going on?! I was expecting the goalkeeper to be booked at very least
Gakpo should’ve just scored and celebrated
Call me cynical…but that last pass by Salah on the break to put Nunez on goal, looks to me to be on purpose. His head was up…there was no miss kick…Nunez was at full pace…yet he passes it yards behind him. Take a look.
This will get overlooked because we’re so crap. And I know he blew the whistle but he really should have scored, can’t be too mad at him tho
You think there's a planet that that goal would have stood on?
@@roccaflocca4312 no but it would have put more pressure on the refs
@@roccaflocca4312 it should have stood. It was a corner gk caught the ball laid down got told to get up and play on which he walked fine. Gk then thought it was a goal kick put the ball down and stepped back like a goal kick, gakpo ran up to score and the gk panicked realising he’d messed up faked injury and ref blew instantly. Look up Nani’s goal for united years ago exact same thing except Nani grabs the ball in the box on the floor complaining for a pen so that actually should’ve been a fk and disallowed for handball. Gakpo was perfectly legal to be able to score.
@@freddylongtoes1248 Taylor blew the whistle. VAR would've been forced to rule it out. It should have stood, sure. Taylor shouldn't have blown his whistle. The second he did, that meant play was dead.
We're not United and we're not going to get a penalty after the final whistle. There's another all time fuck up, and those aren't going to go our way.
The way Anthony Taylor handled this situation, there's no way we would've been given the goal. Should we have gotten it? Of course. But that's not the state of English officiating.
With the reffing this year, he would have been carded for kicking away the ball…
At least 10 points lost because of Ref and VAR
Corruption
And match fixing
But how silly is Gapko, stick it in the net…and then he can always claim he never heard the whistle!
Is very simple hes doing what he’s been doing against us trying find away to fix the game against Liverpool. Hahaha you saying he should look at himself why in his eyes he’s done a good job in making hard for us to win
Put the damn ball in net Cody. Would of only been a fellow card at worse, not even that
Proper disgraceful but nothing will happen.
The refereeing in this country has gone to absolute s***. it's a complete embarrassment. It's not just against Liverpool. arsenal and Forest had so many poor poor decisions, like almost corrupt decisions go against them and Liverpool have had probably the most blatant go against us. I don't believe they're corrupt but I do believe that they are purely incompetent.
When was the last time Abu Dhabi had a VAR decision go against them? You’d think if they are just incompetent then you’d be able to find examples of it across all teams.
wolves as well had a good few and Brighton got a few whoppers last season but the reds have been hit worse culminating with the worst of all , diaz non goal 🤬
Gakpo the clown should've kicked it in and made the PGMOL come up with more bullshit
He'd have got booked. Ok no big deal but maybe realised the weeks of fuss it would have caused too 😂
@@steve-kl9iv im with ye steve but feck it worth the booking
Why did he not bury it? It would have had to stand. There was no foul given 🤷🏻♂️
Because the whistle blew
It’s a shame our game is going down this path - not only Liverpool - join the holes - too many facts for this to keep going - worst referring in the history of the premier league
Thank god for subtitles.
@Chrisp is bang on about Cody, the team are not quite as familiar with his play. Consequently in the box we are slightly disjointed and lack the smooth play that presented so many goals earlier in the season
No one cares as it’s happened to Liverpool… again 😑 It won’t go further than this 😪
It's fakery, The Premier League has descended into 1970's Saturday afternoon wrestling with old women at the side of the arena getting all excited about the play-acting going on in the ring. Big Daddy versus Giant Haystacks was a money spinner back in those days. Arm slammed on the canvass to make a loud noise. Bouncing off the ropes to gain momentum. A player who needs an ambulance suddenly recovers. All staged. Today's football fans are the old women getting excited, but where is the genuine contested competition.
Steve Nicole said its similar to to Gabriel hand ball, a player switched off and commit stupid mistake, the referee interfaire to save the player.
I can't agree about the Gakpo rating on this video though, he's been dire throughout this period of playing most of the last few matches. He was offside a lot yesterday, which is why a lot of passes weren't sent his way and he had no idea what to do with the ball once he had it at his feet, constantly making the wrong choices. He's also the player ducking out of the challenge when Bowen scores his header. In general, his style of play all season has been too ponderous, meaning that our quick break goals have really dried up. Maybe he'll find his feet under a new style, but he has never fitted into Klopp's style.
Don't give the ref the excuse that he was playing advantage. It was 100% not that, because if it was, then the result at the end would have been a free kick to West Ham, but he gives an (uncontested) drop ball. This means that there was no free kick option. There was no head injury and the keeper made no attempt to put the ball out of play. The ref just didn't want to allow a piece of quick thinking from Gakpo.
Lets not forget the Citeh game where they tried to claim Macca went in high.
No video of it anywhere
Why all the media focus on the
Salah/Klopp spat, yet not a peep about Anthony Taylor's bizarre actions to stop Gakpo scoring. Suspicious or what ?
There are too many refs from Manchester. And we're meant to believe they all support Altringham🙄
Gakpo should have scored the goal instead of stopping. That would have put the ref in a bind he might not have been able to overturn.
Diaz his a winger, he is not a goal scorer. he as one season in 7 season where he reached double figures. his goals are 6, 6, 14, 4 ,4 in 8seasons goals are, 10,11,15,12,9,9, 5 , 11.
Liverpools goal from corner , was not taken from corner , was completely outside the area for a corner. Why was it allowed!
I thought Gapko had a poor game, his shot was heading for a throw before taking 3 ricochets and own goal. Elliott was nowhere to be seen on the right side again, no wonder Mo was not happy.. People critize Nunez, but his record in two seasons hold up to Firmino and Mane, who only got above 20 goals once. In Mane 5 seasons scored 14, then 10, then 22 , then 18, then 11, then 16, Gapko is 7 then 6 goal in 2 seasons
The thing is it should be the PGMOL coming out and suspending him let alone sacking him. This is the reason Klopp is leaving. These decisions have been happening for the last two seasons. Losing at least a couple of wins culminating in what should be more than SIX extras points . Honestly tell me if the decisions were happening to Guardiola week in week out he wouldn’t just walk.
Refs need to be interviewed post match like managers/players and asked to explain controversial decisions. They are too protected! If they come out and admit mistakes and if a certain referee is making repeated errors they can be taken out the limelight and the pgmol can make interventions to get them to improve. If not improving over time sack them off to lower leagues. The fact they just get away with it raises questions of integrity and corruption.
Refereeing has been shocking this season. Both Everton and Liverpool have suffered. Corrupt
Anthony Taylor interfered in Aryola making a mistake.Just appalling referring/interference.Remember Robbie keans goal for spurs when he nicked the ball in a similar situation. There was no Problem..
If this is how officiating continues, it'll only get worse and I can't see myself wasting time watching scripted games
Do people realize that if it wasn't for VAR weird decisions Liverpool could've been 9 pts clear at the top??
I picked up on that straight away, another blunder by the referee, Gakpo had every right to play the ball and should of, another crap decision but what else do we expect.
@Chris respectfully an 8 for Gakpo after he let's Bowen out jump him for the goal ? That has to be a mark against him no? 👊🏾🇧🇧#BajanRedsTV
Clearly he wanted to block Gakpo of scoring. How much is he paid by the other party to protect them?
How many points have Liverpool lost this season due to very, very bad refereeing decisions which is absolutely unacceptable and truly shameful and I just feel sick that yet again an awful decision goes against us and they have already done this to teams fighting for relegation. Just give the Title😊 to City NOW that simple.
I will always love Liverpool FC but losing faith in the integrity of the Premier League. Yes human errors do happen but the amount of costly decisions were suffered from both in 2021-22 and this season is beyond a joke. The amount of times it has happened convinces me there is agenda on who win the Premier League. The tackle on Mac Allister in first half. What is a criteria for Red Card? Then Gapko incident who had every right to go for the ball and Anthony Taylor no right to blow the whistle. Wasn’t a head injury. If Areola wanted treatment he should have put the ball out of play. Once that ball is on ground on the ground it’s now in play. Similar to Arsenal handball incident v Bayern.
its just pure corruption in my eyes and its not the first corrupt decision made this season its plain to see that money talks now and the beautiful game is slowly but surely being destroyed from the inside out..Extortionate prices for tickets/tv subs/shirts/kits etc etc and now on the pitch to force the outcome of titles/cups etc for tv viewing/sponsors/shareholders or whatever.....The game is done
Gapko should have ignored the whistle and scored and embarrassed the ref to give him a yellow
I'm not surprised Klopp is leaving i've had enough of the prem too.
We all are like this. we all can can do shit
Gakpo doesn’t get an 8 as the first goal was his fault.. bottling the header
For anyone even questioning corruption in the premier league, wake up. The Ref CALLED OVER WEST HAM MEDICAL STAFF ON BEHALF OF THE KEEPER WHO DID NO ASK FOR IT, WHILE PLAY WAS LIVE, TO JUSTIFY STOPPING US FROM A GIFT OF A GOAL. Luis Diaz at Tottenham, Hand ball in Arsenals penalty box, Alexis Mac Allister was KICKED IN CHEST IN THE PENALTY BOX at City, Doku didn't come close to the ball. It goes on and on and on. I hate everything about referees in England and they hate Liverpool, that is a fact. The establishment hates the anti establishment and not a single media outlet in London gives a shit. They already know.
Liverpool it would seem are playing against the official's and the opposition no wonder klopp has had enough ....
I would've blasted it in the net!!! Goalie takin the piss! Ref had no clue! If goalie had gone down n waved to bench fair enough but that was a joke of a moment.
Knowing how we are playing he might of missed 😂
Is it me, or does it feel like all our games have been refed by A Taylor
Get hhe audio because he tells the goalkeeper to go down becazse he messed up.. fake injury.
Taylor hasn't got a clue
The refs are so bad. Embarrassing for a top league in Europe.
He might give Arne a chance being a fellow baldy.
This whole situation is destroying football. Give me the same vibes as F1 when they gave Verstappen the championship. We never had a chance at winning the Premier League. The whole thing is bent and rigged against us and many other clubs. 115FC have bought and paid for this league.
VAR is destroying the game! Clubs need to stand up and say enough is enough and boycott the premier league games if nothing is done!
It's not VAR that's the problem. It's the standard of referee. You get rid of VAR, We're just going to have even more terrible f****** decisions.
The linesman are a joke VAR DECISIONS on OFFSIDE the show slide rule decisions by a knee, shoulder ,elbow front of foot ,and you tell me a linesman spots that from yards away on the line LIKE VAR PHONIES ALL BULLSHIT 🐂💩🐂💩
