Hey everyone. Sadly I need to inform you that this video is (obviously) outdated. The new lore reveals such as The Mimic pretty much debunked Glitchtrap (and Burntrap, who is not in the video) being Afton. So yeah, sorry.

The dude got killed in a rabbit suit, left to rot for 30 years, came back, get burned, came back, get burned again, and finally "died", and now we have to somehow kill a digital manifestation of him.

He went from an 8-bit figure nobody knew anything about, to one of the most recognised characters in indie games.
I think thats why they can't let him die they need him for merch and to make the lore very easy to summarise

You can tell that Dark Springtrap is a little damaged after the fire, which explains why he looks the way he does in Fnaf Pizza Sim.
still, scraptrap is noticeably more mangled and destroyed than dark springtrap. if dark springtrap really is just springtrap after the fnaf 3 fire, something else must have happened to him to put him in that state.

The rabbit suit is by far the scariest to me. Maybe its because of how he is presented in help wanted but when you are in the hub and look to your right to see him standing there I literally screamed when I first saw it just becuase of how surprised I was to see him there.

I belive the nightguard we play as in UCN is Michael, and that the "one you should not have killed" is Evan.
@@ObitoUchiha-li4dx no, it’s William. Michael was responsible for Evan’s death, but Evan did not hold it against him necessarily. Instead, William dies (as Henry stated), but is brought back to the living by Cassidy so she can torture him more. Which explains why he is in a comatose state with all the memories of the animatronics. (Comatose part is in story “The Man in Room 1280”).

Well his soul didn’t posses the suit, one of the children kept him alive to feel the pain they felt.
His soul DID infact posess the springbonnie suit in fnaf 3.
He was left to rot for 30 years until somebody found him
After that, Michael (his son) found out that he's still alive and came to the place to burn it down
Springtrap somehow survived the fire and found himself a new suit (Presumably, the springfreddy suit)
After that, all the animatronics (including scraptrap) got called into one place where Henry (Father of Charlie who's been killed by William and posessed the marionette) trapped them and Michael together and burned the place down including himself.
All souls were set free except one, Cassidy.
He was not satisfied how it all ended, he wanted William to suffer.
That's why he made a special hell for William to endlessly relive what all the nightguards did.
That's the story of the main William Afton

@@miskoblox and again he did not die in spring lock suit and the suit he used in ffps is not springlock freddy suit it's another spring lock bunny suit but without it's endo so willam got into the suit with no endo and due to him being alive he could use his all legs and hands and eyes so bc he was tarppes in springlock endo he escapes the springlock endo and went into the new suit without endo so he could be free from his springlock endo

One thing I don't get, Springtrap very clearly has an endoskeleton inside it, the legs are metal blocks, the arms are metal ball joints. There's no room for a human body in there, how was this springlock mechanism supposed to work?

the endosleketon inside was the one who crashed will's body slowly it has a multiuse thing that skeleton gets inside and you wear it like a costume and when the springlocks activate it forms an endoskeleton that works like an animatronic
normally this thing won't happen but because the costume is old and the room is humid they activate and slowly crushes the bones and flesh of william afton and make a painfull death
it moves the endo out of the way so you can go inside

Lol I've been in this fandom for 7 years, yet I still don't understand a lot and I mean a lot of things I still don't know about fnafs, but I guess same goes for some other fandom a such as how I don't know some sonic stuff or this or that, so that's just me though the years not really looking at the story since I was too scared and was young back in 2015 lol.

When Glitchtrap was talking to Vanny in the trailer for Security Breach, it was actually Burntrap who was talking but this video was probably made before the game came out, you can see on Burntrap’s wiki page but it got scrapped from the actual game. (Spoilers) Also that hand at the end of the trailer was Burntrap’s hand.

Some people think William is overused but I would disagree. I think the way he’s used as Springtrap fits but I would love to see him as a villain in his prime. It feels like there’s a lot of interesting history there and we only meet William after the killings have started. With the exception being an Easter egg in Fnaf 4.

ngl, I feel like William was just a normal dude until the death of his youngest son which drove him to bring his son back which lead to murdering his son's killers/oldest son's friends to make remenant to bring his son back, however his remenant experiments failed, leading him to create the sister location animatronics to catch children so he can further his remenant experiments to bring his son back, however this lead to the death of his daughter only furthering his insanity and his determination to bring his family back.

@@quiarra1038 yeah I'm aware. I know the lore. Scott didn't really do a great job of developing William's character. The whole "I'm bad because I like being bad" is just terrible character development.
A bad guy has to have a reason that on paper sounds good willed, just executed badly which makes them bad. So giving William the "I want to bring my son back and repair my broken family" sounds good, it's just that how he goes about doing it is bad.
If you want some examples of characters that's goals are good, just executed badly, look no further than Thanos from the MCU and Handsome Jack from Borderlands 2. Those two are probably the best example of good intentions, bad execution.

Wellp... a little plothole about the Springtrap suit at 0:45... Where are the arms and legs of Afton in this. The Scraptrap / Springtrap images have the same problem. They doesn't make sense in any way :'D After he got stuck in this suit you could it explane like; "the bones were rotten and crushed before. Just parts of his Body and Head were left behind" but in the suit of Fnaf 6 where he is seemingly alive there is no explanation where his arms and legs are. Or ist he the human counterpart of a origami figure? :'D
An interesting explanation would be that Afton simply murdered someone, cut them open and salvaged some of their bones and flesh to stuff into the suit for integrity. It certainly sounds like Afton, and would make sense, if not for the absurd change of his head design.

@@shizukamcrae3205 Looks like I misread the comment lol. If we're talking OG Springtrap, then there is a logical explanation. Since the endo folded into him, 99% of his bones were probably completely shattered. And since the suit has holes, maybe the remains simply... fell out.
