The purpose of the fog feature for the scooping room is to avoid any human being harmed from the scooper as it literally snatches them and tosses them around everywhere.
The fog is not stopping the scooper
The fog is just to hide that there's no transition between the mikic being scooped and and appearing dead on the floor

After the credits roll I think that also might be the actual roxy... though not in the best of shape (neither is cassy) Which if you put 2 and 2 together. They both might be okay. (although now 1)

He's not Burntraps Endo, actually comparing the two reviles that they look nothing alike except for the Mimic sharing Burntraps left hand and ONLY his left hand, but, even that has rust in completely different spots to Burntrap. Combine that with the fact the a lot of Burntraps design shares unique features with Springtrap and the Help Wanted Betas version of Sprinbonnies endo and it becomes clear that this mimic is very much NOT Burntrap. Not to say that it can't be a mimic who uploaded itself into Burntrap and had Vanny repair the suite but I doubt it would be the same one.

Some people theorize that Mimic WAS Burntrap, wearing whatever was left of Afton’s corpse and Spring Bonnie costume. William is gone for good, but the Mimic continues his murderous legacy and even tried to copy him completely. Would make more sense than just some random endoskeleton with a sentient program showing up in the underground.
That's what I'm thinking though I might add my Theory I don't think mimics going to stay trying to pretend to be Afton after his Fiasco in security breach vs Gregory("afton" ending)

@@Swift_editz681 I find mimic scarier mostly based on the stories of him from Tales of the Pizzaplex but also that this thing is something entirely different than Afton. And the fact it's just an endo but is capable to have enough intelligence to create this elaborate plan to trick Cassie to go the way to the Pizzaplex to free it from it's prison and outsmarting an AI security system makes it way more intimidating with the potential threat this thing could do. The fear of the unknown type of vibes.

The mimic seems to not be Afton, or burntrap. Just used parts from others to repair itself
Look at one of it's hands, has only 4 fingers on one hand, 5 on the other. One hand being of a nightmare/springlock suit
My theory this animatronic might have been built BEFORE the Springlocks.
Basically, first basic animatronics were built becoming more advanced overtime, then springlocks were introduced due to them going "rogue" like with the mimic possibly and needed a way to control them, then came more advanced animatronics that could be shocked, then infused with remnant.
So the real question here is...
Where is Burntrap in this case, because as some suggest... It makes sense this dlc takes place after Princess Quest, though the Prototype on Freddy's foot is a break in the lore tbh.

*The Mimic*
In 1984,Edwin was a single father taking care of his son David,4 at the time. After 4 years prior,his wife Fiona had died while giving birth.
Despite suffering loss,Edwin still wanted to fulfill his dream of making machines that could change people's lives.
Edwin had bought out an abandoned facility to tinker with tech,doubling as his and David's house.
He agreed to sell his company to Fazbear Entertainment in onder to get better financially.
It was hard for Edwin to do his job and take care of David.
With David finally going to kindergaten,Edwin had the amazing(bad) idea of giving David a robot friend.
Edwin planned on adding the program next. Making the robot take in information and mimic what it sees,naming the program "Mimic1"
After 3 weeks,Edwin finishes the animatronic. He named it Mimic,after the program. Then he shows it off to David.
Mimic starts to copy David's movements,much to David's amusement.
For the next 2 weeks,David and Mimic played together while Edwin could do his job.
He tinkers with Mimic to keep him refresing for David and advance the program. But,as time goes on, Edwin gets more easily irritated. He lashes out at Mimic and David every time they interfere with his work,but stops himself from going to far.
One day, Edwin calls David for breakfast,without getting a response,he is horrified to see the factory's doors wide open.
David was playing ball outside,and the ball bounces to the road,he chases after it and gets ran over by a white van(wouldn't shock me if who was driving was William,you know)
Two weeks later,Edwin is broken,he didn't have energy to turn deactivate the Mimic.
While he continues working,Mimic grabs the tiger plush David had made for him.
Mimic forms his hands into a bowl and a spoon,lifting his spoon hand to the mouth.
Mimic used it to tell Edwin he wanted Ice cream. The harmless act reminded Edwin of David,and how he failed him.
Edwin snaps,grabbing a metal rod and hitting The robot with it until he gets tired.
Edwin feels all of his anger and murderous thought pouring though Mimic's metal,and then starts crying after he notices what he had done.
He then dissappears without traces. With The factory going under Fazbear Entertainment's ownership due to their contract.
Several months later they send team 1 and hours later team 2.
Team 2,containing Dominic,Glen and Harry. They are tasked of scounting the place,without clue of the objective of it
They look in a room and find classic animatronics,and several costumes for unknown characters.
Dominic looks through the rooms and finds a Fazbear Entertainment brand satchel nearby David's old bed with a tape recorder inside,he finds out a party was sent before him and his friends,and like them were kept in the dark of what they needed to find.
Later he finds the generator of the factory and turns it on,they regroup and start smelling a disgusting stench,as if someone had died.
They notice one of the costumes vanished and the smell was coming from a fridge. They open it and they found a dead body,compressed and cramped to fit inside. There was another smell coming from the makeshift closets,they find another body impaled by a metal rod sat on a clothes hanger with the rod speared though his chest. As Dominic and Glen stare in horror,they hear Harry scream.
Once they reach the hall,they see Harry in the middle of getting his brain pulled out. Mimic wearing a jester costume yanks his brain out of the skull. Glen and Dom go dowstairs and hide behind a machine. Believing Fazbear Enter. Send them to kill the Mimic,they try to find weapons to fight him off.
Dom looks under a table and sees the costume Mimic was wearing
Mimic,now wearing a mushroom costume grabs glens and rams his head into a brick wall.
Dominic goes back to Davi's room to try and build a machine to use as a weapon,he notices Harry's body is gone and the mushroom man costume was there,discarded.
Mimic now wearing Harry's purple rotting corpse and a lion costume stands up and slams Dominic to the the floor. It then reachs up though his solar plexus and grabs his trachea from the inside,pulling it out.
- *Team 1 Events*
Team 1 gave mimic and speak modulator and legs to walk,they are eventually murdered by him.
- *Pre-Epilogues/Aftermath Of The Mimic*
After Mimic murders the teams,he somehow is retrieved by Fazbear Entertainment.
They create Mimic V2 animatronics and due to the fact programming them would be hard,they reuse the Mimic1 program.
The Mimic is then put to watch the animatronics in The pizza place's perfoming(this also means he saw them walking at night).
Mimic later on sees a twisted game of hide and seek as mentioned in the epilogues,which included a person luring kids to a backroom,this causes some of the mimic's to make attempts to lure people to a restricted room. This makes all Mimic animatronics to be deactivated. They are given spots in the Fazbear Entertainment Animatronic manual,and mentioned to be destroyed upon finding one.
- *Epilogues*
Mimic V1 and a bunch of Mimic V2 endos were delivered to the freddy Fazbear Mega pizzaplex in the middle of construction along with the glamrock animatronics. Mimic was planned to be turned into the guitarist of the group(Glamrock Bonnie) this leads to Mimic being upgraded with Glamrock endo tech,they give him Rabbit ears,and other glamrock parts.
They were placed on the Freddy Fazbear Pizza Place(FNaF6),that was going to be turned into a museum area for the pizzaplex.
Gil,who was tasked to clean the endos from the place,tired of working,reprograms a Mimic endo a bit to dismantle the endos for him.
Said endo being out of place due to his body being discolored,like he survived a *fire* .
Mimic briefly complies before ripping Gil's and every other employees's limbs and heads.
Danny,who runs out of the pizzeria as the sole survivor,begs the crew to close the entrance of the restaurant.
They close the entrance with concrete.
Some months later,A group of friends breaks into the site,and invade the Pizza place,Mimic begans chasing them down
Lucia and her friends then hide in the storage room of the pizzaria. The endo flicks the light to scare them out of the hiding spots. They stay long enough in the hiding place to make hin give up. They split up to find escape routes that weren't sealed.
The robot continues to hunt,Joel and Wade are almost caught by him in the employees lounge,as the endo draws it's *claws* against the wall.
Nick and Hope explore the backstage,they look at the wardrobes to look at costumes from the place,one of the wardrobes has a vent entry that the endo comes out,it grabs Nick and tears off his arm,it then takes off his head.
The endo Holds Nick's head aloft in front of Hope. She runs away,with the Endo letting her flee. The group reunites and finds out about Nick's death.
They hide inside parts and service.
Hugo describes the endo to the crew and Lucia notices the empty animatronic costumes. She realizes that he could slip into a suit without them noticing. The mimic does just that,tearing off Hope's limbs and head. The remaining six survivors run away in terror.
Mimic follows them to kill the remaining survivors(Dude feels like a DBD killer who wants 4 kills, Lmao)
Julia,Adrian,Jayce and Kelly hide in the employees lounge while Joel forcea Wade to go with him somewhere else.
Lucia finds the Animatronic Manual and finds the Mimic V2 and V1 endos in it,and notes out to her friends that the V1 is the one chasing them,also mentioning his body is burned and his head is new and shiny. The documents stated that if a mimic robot is found,they must be shutdown and destroyed.
Joel and Wade find a potential exit in the furnace room. Inside the furnace they found a vent shaft blocked by a rotating fan.
Joel wants to lure Mimic near them due to his powers over eletronics,turning off the fan to give them a chance to escape.
Wade is used as a bait. Mimic spots him and chases him though the pizzaria,Wade lures him to the system room. The plan works as the endo turns of the energy.
Wade attempts to escape with Joel but mimic catches him before that,he screams for help but Joel does nothing as he sees Wade being ripped apart,Mimic throws Wade's remains in a pile and leaves,turning on the lights.
With Joel Mid-way though the fan,being cut to pieces.
Mimic torments the remaining 4 by preteding to be someone trapped in the pizzaria,luring them to a secret room behind the stage,he slips into a monkey suit and chases them,but they barricade themselves in office. Adrian and Jayce are found in the vents by him,but he isn't able to pursue them.
He changes costumes from Monkey to dog,but is evaded by them hiding in one of the arcade's pinball machine.
He notices Adrian going to the storage room and heads after him. He was planning on lodging an endo leg into the blades of the chute's fan. But the leg flies out and Adrian falls. Mimic tears him apart.
Mimic attempts to trick them again as a person stuck in the place,telling he is in the janitor's room. After they take too long to go there,Mimic realizes they caught on to him. He leaves the closet and attacks Lucia when their pass by,she gets a tear in her scalp,but escapes alive.
Mimic encounters Jayce later in the storage,unaware it's a trap to lock him in it,he is then deadbolted there.
Jayce crawls though the vents to escape,however,his sleeve gets caught in a rivet,causing a chain reaction making the vent he is in disconnect. Jayce tries to crawl back up,but Mimic grabs onto his legs and tears them off.
Mimic pulls him into the room fully and kills him.
Epilogue-TigerRock
Still reeling from Jayce's death, Lucia and Kelly try to find a way out. Kelly tries burrowing through the concrete blocking the door to no avail. Their search is interrupted when they hear noises nearby, indicating the Mimic was trying to escape. The Mimic recalls Jayce's attempts to crawl in the tunnel and is able to shift its body to accommodate the small space.
Elsewhere, Lucia and Kelly return to the backstage area and grab some costumes. Lucia believes that if they're wearing outfits, the Mimic won't detect them. She is about to put on a jester costume but realizes it's a springlock suit. After putting on regular outfits with no springlocks, Lucia and Kelly plan on going back to the door. Lucia noticed that the slabs on the door were crumbling due to being in smaller chunks and hopes that if they continue chunking away with the endoskeleton arms, they can break free.
Before they can do anything, the backstage lights above flicker, go out, and turn back on again. The Mimic had been hiding in a mushroom costume and had changed it form from a humanoid figure to one of a nine-legged spider, with one eye on its leg and another on its back. Kelly tries to run away, but Lucia stops her. The movement is enough to attract the Mimic, and it goes over to inspect Kelly, who is in a blue dog costume. After a few seconds, the Mimic crawls away and Lucia believes they're in the clear, only for the Mimic to try wearing the costume while Kelly was still inside. Kelly screams as she is crushed by the Mimic's mass.
*StoryTeller*
A group of Fazbear Executives are having a meeting. Mr. Burrows, the head of the company, wants to downsize the creative development team due to budget cuts. Another executive named Edwin opposes this position, believing that human creativity is what drives Fazbear Entertainment. The plea is ignored, as the idea of automated storytelling is brought up. The group decides to go through with the downsizing and create an artificial intelligence named The Storyteller to generate future ideas, placing within the Pizzaplex once it's fully built
The Storyteller was set to be a baobab tree in the center of the building and its fiber-optic roots would serve as a network connected to the Pizzaplex's venues. The various animatronics would be given its instructions from the Storyteller, with the main controller of the network being inside the tree trunk. Edwin wanted to know what that controller would be, but Mr. Burrows denied him entry. Curious, Edwin stayed after hours and watched from Monty's Gator Golf to see what was being put inside the trunk: the animatronic head of a white tiger.
Edwin panicked when he saw the tiger's head, having seen it before. It reminded him of an incident from his past he was constantly haunted by. He had flashbacks to the sounds of screaming and the sight of blood. Terrified, Edwin left the scene, unaware that security had spotted him and notified Mr. Burrows. Edwin had confronted him the next day about how the Storyteller was programmed, and Mr. Burrows explained that The Storyteller rearranged parts of various stories into new scenarios, which would then be used for arcade games and VR/AR attractions.
Months later, The Storyteller was completed and began its effect on the Pizzaplex's attractions and animatronics. Roxanne Wolf started bullying customers. Glamrock Chica (who was yellow and had her own Mr. Cupcake for some reason), was also getting snarkier. Montgomery Gator went back and forth between angry rampages and depressing isolation. Glamrock Freddy also acted aggressive and sulky. They also started malfunctioning, switching voices and shutting down abruptly. Even the facility itself was affected with doors randomly locking and unlocking. Mr. Burrows dismissed Edwin's concerns in these sudden changes.
Edwin continues his investigation, going to a Fazbear-owned warehouse and looking through the archives for clues about The Storyteller's programming. He finds the file for The Storyteller, which has a sketch of the tree and ways to get in. Edwin returns to the Pizzaplex and follows the instructions, activating a catwalk that went towards the tree. Edwin makes his way to the top of the tree and finds an open panel. He drops down, coming face to face with the tiger's head. The white tiger's eyes were colored green and blue, and its mouth was open exposing his silver teeth. It was mounted onto the tree's interior, connected to a computer terminal. Despite fearing the tiger, Edwin persevered and looked into the systems. He noticed that The Storyteller was running a program named "Mimic1".
Edwin spent the next few days going in and out of the tree, trying to fix the programming. One day, Mr. Burrows noticed the panel on top of the tree, realizing that was how Edwin kept sneaking in. Operating the tree's systems remotely, Mr. Burrows watched on the cameras as Edwin went inside the tree and locked it from the inside. He planned on leaving Edwin in there to slowly suffocate to death, believing that he was the cause of all the malfunctions. After a few days, the tech crew wants to go into the tree for maintenance. To cover his tracks, Burrows decides to check and see if Edwin is dead and dispose of him properly if he was still alive.
Mr. Burrows went in, expecting to see that Edwin had survived somehow. Instead, he found him limp on the ground with paper and crayon. He was in the middle of drawing a stick figure. He had also written "I'm sorry" on one of the papers. Nerve wracked by the side; Mr. Burrows tried to exit through the tree's front entrance. He puts his palm on the scanner, but it doesn't work. Now locked in, Mr. Burrows tries disconnecting The Storyteller to get people's attention. He rips out the wires, but the white tiger remained lit. He tries entering his password into the terminal, but it fails. He tries punching the tiger, but it remains active. Mr. Burrows lays helplessly and loses consciousness.
