O’Toole and her contributions to the bureau are INSANE. This women’s intelligence and way to maneuver these psychopaths thought processes is unparalleled IMO. She’s the agent that Clarice from Silence of the Lambs was modeled after. She’s a true inspiration for so many women who want to join this industry and she’s truly paving the way for future generations.

I want you to at least realize that you're ignorant enough to actually:
      1) believe that she was going to discuss her strategy in detail in a televised interview
      2) not take into consideration that the material you just saw is the work of a post production team, who edited the interview as they pleased.
Even if her speech was much more elaborated than just a few sentences that are present in the interview, whoever was in charge of editing it, left it out. You have to be naive to think that one becomes FBI's leading expert in psychopathy by touching an elbow.

Most surviving victims were prostitutes, prostitutes often don’t come forward because they feel no one will credit their accounts and they feel like things like extreme violence are just part of the job

I remember the first time I saw this interview, until now, I assumed it was a reporter doing the interview and I remember thinking this reminds me of a dirty cop leading a false confession out of a mentally undeveloped person. This is a case that I have not studied in anyway yet, but there were so many red flags for me that I’m interested to do a little research to see what conspiracies are claimed about this case. It reminds me of the Brendan Dassey police interview of much more recent
