    Great to see you reached 3k. I believe the different directions on the channel will create perfect balance. I was wandering if you indulge me on backswing. When you go back with a straight arm you need to go a little more deep meaning more behind. Is that right? The sensation I get - is that keeping my right arm straight as long as possible it then turns "over" and then makes my right shoulder "opens up". Funny feels😏..

      On to 5k, then 10k and beyond!!! Keeping your arms straighter will encourage you to turn more which will get you deeper =)

    Is Larry showing the progression for a righty? Or are you suggesting we do it on both sides?
