Parsee isn’t my favorite character but her theme is obsoletely stunning. Probably my favorite Touhou song of all time
One of my favorite characters. Truly a sad story, she spends eternity watching people live their lives from her bridge, yet can't do a thing but watch.
As an amateur piano and organ player,
I'M JEALOUS.
I'm amazed by the fact that there were other themes hidden in this song o.o
Parsee's theme on the piano makes it sound so much more heartbreaking... and beautiful. Tomoya did a fantastic job on this one. Love the mix of other themes in there, too ^^

Amazing...i'm jealous of this person's piano skills (yes i know Parsee gets enough references, but i just had to), i'm jealous of this theme, and i'm jealous of people who have this game subterranean Animism is the only one i can't get D=
I'm jealous of whoever has the opportunity to play it (it's a duet, just in case if you haven't noticed. There's a clash in register)
This is the most beautiful arrange of Parsee's theme I have ever heard. So full of energy, some sadness, but most of all, beauty.

damn that sounds good, just like every other one of ur vids i watched, mind hookin' a nub pianist with some of your sheet music for the touhou songs? i got my lil bro and cousin into touhou and they want me to play a touhou theme on the piano. in either case still good stuff
Now come and think about it, wasn't lockdown just like Parsee's situation? The main difference is that we can still go out to supermarkets and everyone else is locked down along with us for a legitimate reason. But for Parsee, she can't go anywhere at all, and she is forced to watch other people living happily around her, for literally centuries and without a clear reason why... It would be close to impossible that she ISN'T the way she is now. It is just terribly sad and tragic
I listened to this rendition before. I found it again, and I tried to favourite it, but it would seem that duplicates are not allowed in that playlist...

If I remember correctly, the first stage theme is in this song. I wonder why, because Parsee is the boss of the 2nd stage.
