Should have watched this video BEFORE following the instructions. I put the plastic plug into the back before sliding it into the base (because the instructions show it that way) but now it's obviously not fitting in so I have to try and break the plug to get it off. What a waste of time! Anyways, thanks for the video. You explain it way better than the instructions!
It does work and don't really have any complaints based on the price, but it truly is a "task" chair - I use it for at most for an hour at a time while doing certain tasks, I find it uncomfortable to use for longer than that. Hope that helps. Thanks for watching
