As a child I use to drink the porridge itself and throw away the corn when mommy not looking 🤣🤣🤣. Those were the days ah bwoy. Porridge nice and creamy mommy, blessings 🙌

Wow, i will have to try and find dried hominy here in Texas to try this recipe. We eat a lot of "grits" here in the southern USA, that is ground hominy boiled into a creamy porridge. I think the different textures from your way would be very good.
