So marvel couldn't interfere there because it was a part of X men franchise .Now marvel has the control over X men characters , so you might nvr knw tva can be there depending on how deadpool storyline will be changed by marvel movie franchise.

Old Loki and Kang will be the time keepers when Mobius will realize he will help Loki and selvie then Loki will escape tva and go to his original timeline (and probably we see him on earth with Mobius riding a jetskee) or the 2023 timeline with Thor or Dr strange. And the TVA will be in the quantum realm as we saw a lil bit of a town on Ant-Man and the wasp and in the deleted scene Janet said there are towns here.and as we know quantum realm is a different dimension that's y infinity stones don't work there and antman wasn't dusted. And also selvie has to go 100 years back of c 20 so she can get information and time work differently in tva just like quantum realm.
