  • Are you moving to Atlanta and considering living in Chastain Park Atlanta Ga? This is a Buckhead neighborhood that is highly sought after in a big part to its proximity to Chastain Park (one of Atlanta's 3 most largest parks packed full of amenities), accessibility to restaurants and shopping in Buckhead, and a luxurious lifestyle. I'll show you around Chastain Park, including showing you the Chastain Park pool, tennis courts, horse park, playground, and golf course. If you are into running or just taking nice walks, you'll love walking around the trails of Chastain Park! You'll also see some typical Chastain Park homes and I'll take you over to Roswell Rd which is where locals do much of their general, everyday shopping. Home prices in Chastain Park are steep (we are in Buckhead afterall) but you get good sized lots and experience quiet, peaceful surroundings. If you are relocating to Atlanta, and want to talk about your future search here in the Atlanta area, make sure you reach out to Molly Slesnick to chat further about your home goals.

Is there a less expensive version of Chastain Park in Atlanta? 😅

ha! Hmm...there isn't another park that has that amount of amenities. I mean, there's areas around Piedmont Park but not necessarily cheaper. I'd say the cheapest option would be Capitol View - it has a nice park in the neighborhood but mainly bungalows (not huge homes) in the $400-$650K range- a bit more transitional area. If you want really big homes, I really like the Oak Grove area (large 4,000+ sq ft custom homes in the $1.1-$1.6MM range) but there isn't a park nearby.
