  • I thought we needed this.♥︎ This workout is a miracle and has 2 important effects. The first one: PHYSICAL. The tighter your hips are, the less mobility your body has. This can result in pain and hinder daily activities like walking and climbing stairs and can also cause an anterior tilt of the pelvis which results in poor posture and misalignment of the head and neck. With this workout you can fix your tight hips, improve flexibility and reduce pain.
    The second one: MENTAL. Did you know that there is a powerful connection between your hips and your emotions? Neuroscience and somatics point to the hips as a potential storage vessel of emotions and trauma. Feelings of fear, sadness, anger and anxiety are stored in the hips. To release those old emotions and improve your mental health, you can do these exercises regularly.

      Thank you. I feel more relaxed and was able to let go of things. Also, trauma is held within the shoulders.

    Eylem, thank you! I have hypertonic pelvic floor and these exercises look exactly what my doctor said to do 🥹 if you see this comment, can you please make some kind of abs + booty workout that is hypertonic pelvic floor friendly? 🙏🏻 I love your workouts sm but I have to skip some exercises because they can increase pains and it’d be wonderful if there is a video with all harmless exercises and stretches included 🥹
