Personally the best sunscreen I use the Eucerin Sun Creme Spf 50+. Its not oily and makes my skin feel and look brighter.

My favourite sunscreen is the La Roche Posay Anthelios UVmune 400 50+. I use the normal one, but there's also tinted versions. I doesn't make my skin feel oily at all.

Best SPF for the Spain heat is no doubt the Fotoprotector ISDIN Fusion Water SPF 50. Bit pricey but it’s so worth the money.

With the sunscreen thing I just put setting powder over it(you have to wait about fifteen minutes for the sunscreen to soak in before you put the powder on though)

I was wondering about the whole cold shower thing, do you wash your hair and stuff in cold water as well? I feel like I’ve heard somewhere that you need warm water to properly get rid if bacteria and stuff?
I personally wash in hot water and finish the shower + wash my face and hair with cold water

I have a question - to you, or to other commentators: When you envision your highest self/dream/goals, are you not afraid of failing or being disappointed when it doesn't work out? I consistently avoid picturing good things happening to me because I am too afraid of failure and disappointment.
I guess not envisioning anything is even more scary because one day you will look back and wish you did and your goals are high and scary but the steps can be baby steps. You attract what you think about.
