great video as always! just a note, what you called shoulder extension is shoulder flexion and vice versa (anatomically speaking). thanks for everything!!
Thank you for uploading valuable information.i enjoyed your video.
Good video man! Guess it is true that shoulder flexibility is underrated, for myself too. Going to try these stretches, thanks!
+Erikvank.com awesome, let me know how you get on with them!
Great tutorial ! . I was wondering if you prepared tutorials about Russians , spindles and cezchs on mushroom . Thank you ! . I watched almost all of your vid's , all are the best !
+Solshad Academy of Gymnastics Thank you! I'm not a very good pommel worker myself but I'll definitely consider covering some of those skills in the future :) thanks for the suggestion!
Hey, which of these are good for manna ? I can't turn my shoulders out like the most gymnastics... and I'm sure it's not lack of hamstring flexibility the reason why I can't go further than a I-sit.
Thanks for helping me =)
Shoulder flexion, as in a German hang is super important for manna :)
thank you =DD !! and nice channel and tips !
i after watching your video again, i noticed you said manna.. sorry =D
Hi ! I have a little problem with the german hang exercise. I always have elbow pain, when I do this on the rings. Is it normal and slowly cease ? Every gymnast had this problem once when they were beginner, or it is just my problem ?
Elbow pain is quite common yes but progress any straight arm movement slowly and methodically and your body should adjust over time such that the pain decreases. Bicep isolation work helps a lot too as it stabilises the joint :)
Thank you for your answer, and your help ! @@learngymnasticsonline5341
