Boil the cod gently so it doesn't fall apart? But it's going to be broken apart after anyway 🤷🏼♀️
Also, the potatoes would've cooked faster if they were cubed... they're being mashed anyway, rt? 😉
The cod is boiling with the potatoes with two different timings (potatoes stay after cod comes out) if cod breaks or flakes it becomes impossible to strain it out while leaving the potatoes in. About cubing: we weren’t in any rush and we had other preps to do so we didn’t care about how fast they cooked.
No salt, or pepper, or any seasonings????????????????
