Iâm knitting the Nougat Sweater Iâm about to make the increases but Iâm getting confused Iâm not sure what Iâm doing wrong I have done increases before the pattern calls for m1k,then k tbl of marked st and m1k do you have a video for me to watch I canât find any that says as the pattern hope you can help thank you Gloria

I am a left hand knitter. Do I do the opposite on a pattern if it says M1R do I do M1L ? It seems all patterns are written for right handers
