Also, you can go to your Amazon order and start the return process. Once you get the return label, you will send it to your buyer. Then the item will deliver back, and you will get a refund from Amazon, then you will refund your buyer on eBay.

1. Don't do too many order Refunds.
2. Don't place too many orders if you have a new ID.
