so why does every video just leave out what happens when a product is finally sold? how does fulfillment work? what are the margins?

i am dropshipping from amazon and walmart, i set 5-10 days for shipping, buyer can return within 30days and seller pay for return fee. I am getting 20% discount for each item from amazon and walmart so it can cover these fee
I know this , you can't ask your ebay customers to return the item directly to Amazon . They have to send the item back to your address and then you send it back to Amazon or whoever you bought it from .

Hello there! If you're just starting to dropship on eBay, it's a good idea to sell items you already have at your home. This helps eBay recognize you as a seller and prevents any account issues. Listing a bunch of dropshipping items on a brand-new eBay account right away might get your account suspended.
So, if you don't make any sales within a week, you can start listing products gradually. We recommend starting with 1 to 5 items and then waiting to make some sales before listing more. This way, you need to have some cash flow to fulfill orders promptly when they come in.
If you try to list a lot of products all at once, it might raise suspicions, so it's better to take it step by step. 👍

Firstly, avoid listing dropshipping items right away on a new account to prevent problems like suspension or flagging, which could make it hard to increase selling limits.
Start by buying low-cost items for quick feedback. Sell things you don't need from your home or buy items in bulk from thrift stores or eBay to sell individually.
Once you have around 10-15 positive feedbacks, ask for a selling limit increase. If you don't succeed at first, wait a day before trying again without mentioning your previous call.
Once your selling limit reaches $500-1000 and 250 items, gradually add dropshipping items, maintaining a 1:2 ratio with household items. Aim for 5-10 sales per week. When you achieve this, contact eBay to double your limit. Keep doing this until you reach a listing limit of at least $10k.

Customers are like I feel offended - then don't shop online at all - what era are you in? EVERYONE sources their products from somewhere [ we live in a Capitalist Economy, know your U.S. history ] I can trump the price as much as I want and source it wherever I want - unless they are the direct manufacturer - even Amazon have suppliers from China, Europe, etc... all over - and some use sellers are their suppliers sooooooo keep up or stay out.
