It makes me wonder how many people have gone through the process of "seeing it" and knowing that discrimination is real in American society...

@@isso7109 White countries are the only ones targeted for mass migration and the only ones forced to except that they have to work with people that hate America and Whites . They're told daily they owe black and brown people for something their ancestors did while they watch their elderly and young being robbed, raped and murdered daily with some of them saying they've deserve it because of bla bla . Hell no there is no white privilege unless they were born into the 1% government, Hollywood, and corporation class But not all of them are white so it's just BS

Are those statistics US only? World?
Because if its its US only, it makes sense because US is 2/3 white. But does that occur is China? Or in China, do Chinese statistics show White preference or Yellow? Because it would make sense if it was Yellow in China.
Look, yes it should be that the most qualified gets the job. But a job in a way...is kind if like a partnership (kind of because you're working along side with). And so is a marriage. And since when it comes to marriage, most people marry within their race, it makes sense that people want to be around and work with people of their kind.
Not that it's right or wrong. Just saying that even tigers and don't hang around lions, if they cross paths, its deadly.

Humans will discriminate irrespective of what society teaches them( that is to discriminate or not too) cause humans simply have preferences, our preference make us discriminate against what we don't like instinctually. As humans we have to fight against our inherent nature to discriminate. I even discriminate between the chickens I have simply cause I prefer a certain color of feathers, so i choose to eat the white colored feathered chickens first, simply because. The only thing we can do is have enough moral conviction not to cause harm, while we are feeling discriminatory, it's something that no human can be free off. We are generally biased by nature.

The first and second choices are white men with/without felony record period. The black man is an after thought and the black women isn't even in the fing equation and frustratingly the same goes for Latinx and Native women🤨

That's not entirely true. Its more likely to take a black woman over a black man because they can check off more boxes with you than me. Oh they need more women in the office? Wait, the applicant is black to? That's women and affirmitive action covered in one go. Hired.

It's not only skin color that people see, but all the stigma attached to skin color. People see skin color and they immediately make assumptions, consciously or not, about personality, culture, behavior and outlook in life. It is only natural that people would want to deal only with those who have similar characteristics to theirs. When hiring someone, education and experience comes second to personality and personal views. I've been out there and that's what I have seen. I am a latina and I have been in the labor force for over 30 years. In my experience, it's more about personality than anything else. My best bosses have been white males and females. My worst bosses have been latinos and blacks with the exception of ONE black lady who was an awesome boss.

Easy Spanish, your so right, it's 90% about behavior and body language. A loud rude person with a chip on their shoulder is going to be a trouble maker and people are really tierd of trying to explain over and over it's not about race. If more would self reflect on how their race is protrayed by their own actions maybe they could see what we've been talking about the last decade . Maybe watch a few videos of how blacks treat whites that don't make the news on CNN . Communities are different because of how different communities behavior , if the businesses in one community are always looted or robbed eventually the businesses all leave then there's less chance of success. The good people that want to move forward have to hold the bad apples accountable or the whole neighborhood fails . You can't make excuses for bad apples or they rot the whole barrel. That's why there's both white flight and decent black people flight from comunitys that are going to hell in a hand basket. Not because of race.

you can say what you want...but if you look at a white person and assume that person was priviledged his entire life...that's blatant racism.
you cant just look at a group of peoplke and assume they all live the same life and experience the same things

There are different types of white Americans. Some of us are intellectually challenged. Some of us have invisible disabilities. Some have obvious disabilities. We can have cancer after we graduated from high school. We can be homosexual. I actually had a white show hostility because they thought I was German. I guess that it is how people stereotype us. College doesn’t make a person smarter.
