      Yeah. Meditation is all about being in ultimate consciousness by completely focussing on breath and feeing electric pulses in brain but not watching a movie because while watching movie we aren’t in the real consciousness we got ourselves involved into the directors perspective(Movie).

    I’ve been trying to learn meditation for ages, but never got such a clear, down to earth explanation of what meditation actually is. We’re doing meditation quite regularly when we’re listening to our patients, actually being there with them when they’re sharing their most private and intimate details.
    Now, the 1min meditation that was guided by Vivek, was so natural and easy when you’re not expecting any results. Just breathe, just feel your breath and the miracle of inhalation after an exhalation. I was aware of a bird singing outside and a cool breeze on my face. It was blissful feeling- totally connected.
    Wow! If one minute can do this, imagine what a proper dedicated 20min will be like!
    Thank you so much for making it feel like second nature 🙏🏽

      hello Shravan, incase you're finally looking to incorporate mindfulness and meditative practices in your already-progressive routine, i have something for you.
      i have a 'Headspace' subscription which is not being used by me much. (it's a guided-meditation app with loads of extra perks - including ways of sleep enhancement, podcasts, animated explanations for hindrances along the journey and etc.)! i feel it can really help you a ton in the beginning! :)
      the thing is - i have been meditating for 3 years now and i started out with guided meditation apps like these but now, the approach of the application seems a bit western for me, as i'm more inclined to 'kriyas' by Sadhguru now!
      ofcourse i won't charge anything, the subscription is upto Sep 29, 2020! download 'Headspace' and see if you really like what it offers or if it can really help you, and reply me back!

      @@shristi6442 try kapal bhati and bhujang aasan.. my mom was suffering from exta weight.. but from the past 1.5 years she has been doing these two yogasanas along with light exercises and it was veru helpful.😊

    Meditation has helped me so much!! The more I meditate. The more I have the ability to observe my thoughts. And not get stuck in the negative loophole of my thoughts. It allows me to be more present and be mindful. And live in the moment. And enjoy life to the fullest in the moment. It creates a space for self acceptance and accepting my life the way it is. And letting go of the fantasies of how my life should be. And it also calms my anxiety. After a meditation session I feel so peaceful and relieved. Everyone should meditate! It is a life changer!
