    Soft, easy, and fluffy homemade butter cake! This recipe only requires a few ingredients and a little patience for a perfect result.
    How to Bake Super Soft Moist Butter Cake Easy
    Ingredients:
    1 cup unsalted butter, softened (227g)
    1 cup granulated sugar (200g)
    4 large eggs
    2 cups all-purpose flour(240g)
    1 teaspoon baking powder
    1/4 teaspoons salt
    1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    1/2 cup milk (120g)
    Instructions:
    Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9x5-inch loaf pan or a 9-inch round cake pan.
    1. sift together together the flour, baking powder, and salt. set aside
    2. In the mixing bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
    3. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
    4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the creamed mixture
    5. Add the milk and vanilla extract. Continue mixing for another 3-5 minutes until well combined
    6. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread it out evenly.
    7. Bake in the preheated oven for 40 to 50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
    8. Allow the cake to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely before serving.
