- Here it is…The biggest cheat day you’ve ever seen! 35,000 calories in one day. This has been a long time coming, and I’m sorry it’s taken so long since reaching 35,000 subscribers to get this up, but it’s been the biggest filming task I’ve undertaken, pretty much ever.
For all the impatient suckers out there, the eating starts around 7 minutes in!
The idea, as explained in the introduction, was to see if I could eat 35000 calories in one day, and set the record for the most consumed in one 24 hour period. The current record holder is Erik The Electric, who’s 30,000 calorie cheat day was incredible to watch. If you haven’t seen it yet, I recommend you watch it.
There are no limitations on what can be consumed. So if you’re one of the people out there who say liquids shouldn’t count, then consider this your pre-video warning.
All calories are estimated as closely as possible, and the full diary can be viewed at the end of the video. I’ll check in regularly with the time and date on my phone between meals, and provide a cumulative calorie total for the day.
It’s a long video sure, but it’s worth it. So sit back, enjoy the ride, and lets see if a human being is capable of consuming 35000 calories in just 24 hours!

I would have thought you didn’t tip the guy, as he’s just doing the job he’s paid to do, handing you a pizza doesn’t really go above and beyond. Tips are for doing something over and above, not just your day to day job, at least outside of America.
Andy Sutcliffe you’re an idiot.. having worked for them, delivering... it most of the time isn’t the drivers fault it’s late, we just get handed our deliveries and off we go.. everyone tends to order around the same time too, hence why so many drives clock on at 5, so why shouldn’t we be tipped for doing our best to deliver stuff in multiple places at the same time?! Tips make a big difference.

You know, the reason why I like your videos is because you actually ENJOY the process of eating all that stuff! When Eric does it, he shuffles it all into his face within minutes, doesn't film half of it, and it's over. That always looks as if he has not really overcome his ED yet, whereas you seem to have a "healthier" relation to food (if you can call that healthy haha ).

You are so right with the 'liquid calories are equal to solid calories theory'. I always asked myself why most people call it cheatin' on the challenge when consuming liquid calories bc they fill you up just as much as solid foods with the same amount of calories... you're def a beast btw! This is so huge! But I think I have to warm ya, attempting the 40.000 calorie challenge soon😎😂

So the reason a grocery store often doesn’t allow filming is because competition often sends people to record prices in order to undercut them. I worked at a big US grocery store and my supervisor in the meat department had to do so every week, he commonly got kicked out of stores who recognized him. Another, but much more uncommon reason is that some stores look to protect employee privacy.
He wasn't specifically filming people, wasn't doing some sort of tic toc prank/challenge/annoying people while they shop/wasnt causing a ruckus, wasn't hindering regular business processes, wasn't at the register taping folks paying. I do understand your point.

Fasting is such an amazing tool we have at our disposal and is not used enough… whether it be intermittent fasting or extended fasting, it is so good for our health! I have been focused a lot of dry fasting and I love it.
