    Making trifle part① Rice flour sponge cake
    It only takes 5mins to make batter. (uncut till putting the batter in oven)
    3 important tips to be reminded of.
    Preheat an oven before starting to make batter as it's crucial to bake it right after you finish mixing it.
    It won't rise properly otherwise.
    Make sure to dissolve baking soda completely.
    Undissolved baking soda gives bitterness and sponge won't rise properly.
    Also sourness of lemon juice will make the finished product pretty bad.
    Do not apply any oil to mixing bowl as the baked cake fall when it's turned over.
    Ingredients
    Sponge cake 180℃(365F)10mins→160℃(320F)25mins
    Makes one for 18~20cm heat resistant glass bowl.
    Soymilk 100g
    Beetsugar 45g
    Sea salt a pinch
    reepseed oil 45g
    Cornflour/sieved cornmeal 20g
    Rice flour (for confectionery) 100g
    Baking powder 1 teaspoon 4g
    Baking soda 1/2 teaspoon 2g
    Lemon juice 20g
    Cornmeal can be replaced by cornstarch.
