    4:18 Treatment of Food Allergy
A food allergy is an abnormal immune response to food.[1] The symptoms of the allergic reaction may range from mild to severe.[1] They may include itchiness, swelling of the tongue, vomiting, diarrhea, hives, trouble breathing, or low blood pressure.[1] This typically occurs within minutes to several hours of exposure.[1] When the symptoms are severe, it is known as anaphylaxis.[1] A food intolerance and food poisoning are separate conditions, not due to an immune response.[1][4]
Common foods involved include cow's milk, peanuts, eggs, shellfish, fish, tree nuts, soy, wheat, rice, and fruit.[1][2][5] The common allergies vary depending on the country.[1] Risk factors include a family history of allergies, vitamin D deficiency, obesity, and high levels of cleanliness.[1][2] Allergies occur when immunoglobulin E (IgE), part of the body's immune system, binds to food molecules.[1] A protein in the food is usually the problem.[2] This triggers the release of inflammatory chemicals such as histamine.[1] Diagnosis is usually based on a medical history, elimination diet, skin prick test, blood tests for food-specific IgE antibodies, or oral food challenge.[1][2]
Early exposure to potential allergens may be protective.[2][3] Management primarily involves avoiding the food in question and having a plan if exposure occurs.[2] This plan may include giving adrenaline (epinephrine) and wearing medical alert jewelry.[1] The benefits of allergen immunotherapy for food allergies is unclear, thus is not recommended as of 2015.[6] Some types of food allergies among children resolve with age, including that to milk, eggs, and soy; while others such as to nuts and shellfish typically do not.[2]
In the developed world, about 4% to 8% of people have at least one food allergy.[1][2] They are more common in children than adults and appear to be increasing in frequency.[2] Male children appear to be more commonly affected than females.[2] Some allergies more commonly develop early in life, while others typically develop in later life.[1] In developed countries, a large proportion of people believe they have food allergies when they actually do not have them.[7][8][9] The declaration of the presence of trace amounts of allergens in foods is mandatory only in Brazil.[10][11][12]

I think many times what we call an allergie is actually a buildup of things that on a micro scale is needed or at least tolerated in the body but in larger amounts are toxic or deadly . I started having a reaction to eggs and onions after eating egg sandwiches every single day for years , and I became so sensitive that I almost died from not being able to breathe from a very small amount . But I did an elimination diet to figure it out and by not eating that for several years have become much less sensitive ! I think the culprit was a buildup of sulfur . I just wanted to let people know that there sensitivity , maybe reversable , by eliminating the rite foods !

Those food allergies are lethal to people, like i should know, I was once being allergic to walnuts by eating a brownie with them, and that could have killed me in the first place, but luckily I survived from that. I was born to be allergic to those things, my genetics are like that, my nana had a Allergic reaction to something like that and she could’ve died too, she had an allergic reaction before I had one. I cannot eat anything that I’m born to be allergic too, because that can kill me, and it gets worse when aging, it gets worse when you get too old like that. I gotta be more careful of what I’m eating.

I have something that the whole country needs to know that you were hidden in the dark about. Did you know that if a woman has a miscarriage they can die too if they don't go to a doctor they can suffer the same medical condition as they person who has a food allergy that if they don't get the medicine in time as needed if they don't get it right away they can die too as in both women suffering from miscarriage is just like the people with food allergies both have the same medical problems as each other the exact same causes and effects as each other both can die if they don't get help right both end in death. Just saying because a woman who has a miscarriage can have the same problem as the person who is allergic to nuts just saying. I hope you will understand. Also people who are allergic to bees can suffer the same problem with no access to medication either can die too because both children one who has a food allergy and one with a bee allergy both need medicine but unfortunately for women who are pregnant can't use medicine if dealing with a miscarriage unfortunately because there is nothing to do with an allergic reaction to anything if the body is the one reason why you have a miscarriage if the body doesn't feel that it's ready to have a child or doesn't want to have children if the body that has the child if the body feels that it doesn't want to continue with the pregnancy you will know if the body that you know doesn't want children you will feel pain
