That girls death scene in the bedroom was so crazy!

Terrifier 2 is actually a big improvement over the original. It has everything that made the first one great, plus a higher budget and even more spectacle.
Sometimes higher budget and more spectacle don’t mean it’s better

People seem to HATE this mom but I literally felt like she was such a real mom who’s doing the single mom shit after losing her husband and just struggling and I felt the relationship between her and Sienna so much I was so bummed when she got killed
We came around to liking her right before her death! Very effective character!! 😭
Yeah. I loved the mom. She was a realistic mom character. Compared to the passive, pushover, Hollywood moms.

Yeah. I agree. My mom and I lost my dad when I was 17. She was married to him for over 30 years and never dated anyone else. She was a great mom but man did she have some breakdowns and Sienna is a much better daughter than I was. I was immature and didn't even understand how to process this huge loss so I just was off doing my own thing and trying to drown the pain. The relationship they got going on is SO realistic and it reminded me a lot of how my mom would interact with me. We were both heartbroken and just trying to make it. I was surprised to see such depth in a slasher.
The mom was terrible.
Finding out that Art literally pours salt on people’s wounds took me out. He’s just a little scamp! 😂😂

Terrifier 2 = Terrifier 1 plus an episode of Stanger Things, and it's great. I saw this in the theater, and some in the audience kept looking away. I'm so glad this small budget film is about top $11 million in sales, and counting. You would never know this movie cost so little when it looks so good. Cannot wait for Terrifier 3, 4, or more.
This one was more cinematic but I was still gagging at how hard he went with killing people. Art and his clownery.
I love your reaction to the movie. Terrifier 2 was better than the first one. The violence and gore are extreme and creative. The bedroom scene was very brutal, and the girl still lived! Sienna is one of the best final girls ever!

I don't know if you guys have seen it or not, but there's a fan theory that's going around that suggests that Art the Clown is actually Sienna's father. And the idea behind it is that Sienna's Dad was driven crazy by his tumor, which caused him to hallucinate and develop this dual identity, which is why he grew obsessed with the killings of Art the Clown and how to take him down. However, because he was such an effective killer, he caught the attention of a supernatural/demonic entity in the form of the Pale Girl; who simply couldn't let someone like Art the Clown go to waste. So, it resurrected him and bestowed on him a supernatural durability. And that's why only Sienna, Art, and Jonathan can see the Pale Girl because they're all related to Art and the visions that their father saw before his death. And the after credits scene is building towards a cult/following of Art the Clown. I thought it was interesting though that they say that Sienna's Dad killed himself by smashing his car into a pole that then caught fire, which is very similar to Terrifier's ending where Art drives that car and crashes it before killing himself in front of the police. But anyway, that's just the theory that's been going around.
