I watched this with some of my girls, and itâs a little embarrassing that it took literally all of us until the drugging to stop making excuses for Sebastian Stan. In our defense, we didnât see the trailer, so we werenât forewarned that it was a thriller, let alone a horror movie. I wonder how many red flags anyone would see without the advanced knowledge. A pretty face is hard to get around.
Damn you guys and me are total opposites. The moment he invited her ALONE, I said yeah absolutely not. Red flag, I would never go on a trip alone with someone after barely knowing them. No way.
Right the change of plans threw me off but I was like I mean ok đđ
i went in blind as well. i wanted to root for him until he got creepy asking her if she told anyone about him and then his face when she said yes.
I thought the writer did a good job of allowing for the red flags w/her coming off a decision to be in an place of âyesâ. I think at Mollyâs suggestion, yeah? Canât remember. Still, red red flags. I got nervous when he suggested stopping at his place. Thatâs when I wouldâve dipped ;)
This was delightful. đ Saw this movie at Sundance, and even though it's on Hulu now I still don't have anyone to watch it with. Felt like I was watching it with some like minded buddies.

Got my husband to watch this with me when it first premiered on Hulu. I told him that we were gonna watch a movie that was a love story along the lines of The Notebook. He started calling red flags as soon as Steve told Noa he wanted her to go away with him. He was like this definitely isn't a love story. She's gonna find herself chained up in the basement of a cabin in the woods somewhere. He wasn't far off đ
This is why I don't do groceries.

I absolutely loved this movie! I made all my friends watch it lol I couldnât eat meat for a couple of days afterwards đ and now when I do this movie pops in my head

It gave me very campy Promising Young Woman vibes and I loved every second of it. Story telling with a bright neon warning for us ladies⊠the dating world these days is rough with danger lurking everywhere, be careful out there sis đđœ loved this reaction!

This film is just fantastic. I adore it. The performances are top notch, the writing perspective superb, the casting spot on; itâs stylistic perfection, deliciously dark humored, and (appropriately) bone chilling and blood curdling. I want a sequel SO BAD. Cause I NEED ANSWERS đđ€Ł
Who are the devil horn cult âcommunity of people devoted to thisâ seen in quick flashes throughout the film and in the after credits scene? Are they the ones who first introduced Steve to the âfreshâ lifestyle??? How far reaching is this connected network?? What happens in the aftermath to Noa and Molly and Penny in relation?? Do they come after them?? And WHATS UP WITH THAT GUY, THAT BY FILMS END, IS STILL ON THE COMPOUND GROUNDS PUTTING STEVES BODY ON ICE? So many unanswered questions and off shoots to be explored. So much potential for more fantastic films within a world build of possibilities.
The two films Iâm desperately wanting more from are Fresh and PearlâŠand as we know Maxine is already arriving. But a Fresh sequel is still, as of yet, unannounced. And mama wants, no needs, her âExpiration Date: A Fresh Sequelâ most of all! (Yes, thatâs what Iâd name the sequelđ). Hereâs hoping we get it đ

I absolutely loved this movie! It did terrify me and sink me past my core, but it definitely left an impact I've never had through a movie! I will admit, I deal with night terrors and nightmares as a regular thing even as an adult, so this movie isn't the best for me to watch. But I do relate to this movie because my nightmares are still a lot like this movie: just images at weird angles with distorted voices or images that are from a not so happy past. After my night terrors, my mind will distort my sensory input and change pictures and paintings so much that I can't comfortably look in any mirror a half hour after my night terrors. Just the overall sense of dread and unease at the end is a wonderful constant feeling đ but a great movie nonetheless! And yall did such an awesome reaction! I don't know how analytics of a channel on youtube works, but I have been binging your channel, and i feel like a member of the pumpkin patch! Hopefully, I'll get to a point soon where I can be a channel member! Fingers đ€
