The last time I visited Buenos Aires was 4 years ago. It a very good place to live. You can have many things that you can have in the First World. If you are an expatriate earning dollars you could live pretty well. Buenos AIres looks very European with a very well educated population.

You are spot on about BA Ice Cream! I did a study abroad in 2003 and while it's been a long time, I cannot wait to go back. After trips to various countries in Europe, along with many other's in South American, by far BA (and Argentina as a whole) is the best.

+Ivan Rodriguez You could say I'm half Argentine. My dad is from Argentina and I spent a few years living here when I was younger. I'm glad you hear a bit of a Porteño accent, haha. Peruvians tell me I sound Argentinean, but then Argentineans tell me I sound Peruvian, so my accent is a little bit confused.

Te faltó el Palacio Barolo, es un lugar espectacular y tiene una vista asombrosa de la ciudad, ojalá hagan más videos pero de otras ciudades de la Argentina o de la Patagonia. Igualmente, muchos éxitos, saludos.
