Main Filter Replacement on Print Head Doctor

This short video shows how to replace the main filter module (a.k.a. 2nd stage filter) on Print Head Doctor models 5,6,7 and 8. It takes no longer than 1 minute and requires no tools.
Step 1: Purge the fluid out of the machine.
Step 2: Remove 4 thumb screws from the filter plate.
Step 3: Pull out the filter. Do not apply stress to the tubing.
Step 4: Unscrew the color-coded Luer nuts and detach the fittings.
Step 5: Get a new filter and attach Luer fittings.

ATTENTION: attaching fittings should be according to this sequence:
1) Slightly tighten the nut.
2) Push the fitting in by pressing on it, not on the nut.
3) Tighten the nut with a moderate force.
Failure to follow these instructions will result in fluid leaks!!!

Step 6. Re-install the filter plate and secure it with thumb screws.
