Also in the closet it's good to have a low plug so you can have a dehumidifier rod.
Just throwing this out there. We have a switch on each side of the master bed that turns on all the outside flood lights and key lights in the house like hallways, foyer, kitchen and family room. It's for when things go bump in the night. My wife loves it, especially when home alone.
That sounds like a great idea I would love having something like that in my house

IMHO, I’d suggest you have one switch for the living room, one for the dining room and one for kitchen. Looks great what you have completed!

Many decades ago, my Uncle owned a restaurant. He was also a mechanical engineer. If I remember correctly, when he was remodeling he had a huge fuse box or circuit breaker board. I asked why so many outlets? He said, each convience outlet for each plug-in. Reason, 1. he wouldn't blow any circuits, 2. you couldn't overload any circuits and Since he was doing the work himself, it didn't cost that much more, to put in seperate circuits for each piece of equipment or outlet and it was safer. I just thought might, just like to know this for your project! Just in case, you didn't consider it.
In theory that sounds good. But with code now a days every outlet in a living area has to be on an afci breaker which are expensive! So if I had to buy 30+ breakers that adds up quick! Plus I would run out of room in my breaker box.

Yes, that is correct. Sorry I didn't even realize I said that. lol
Code for outlet spacing is 6 feet from a door then 12 feet after not every 6. The code basically says there should be an outlet within 6 feet of any one point of the wall.

Be careful having a garbage disposal being on a septic system...septic systems are made to handle human waste not food wastes. Unless you will have a composting system for your potato skins, egg shells and other raw veggie waste you will cause problems with a septic system. I don’t know how to post a link here but please research using a garbage system with your septic system. Moved to this house 25 years ago and was adamant I have my garbage disposal.....can count on one hand how many times I have actually used it and wish I had bought a single farmhouse sink without the garbage disposal. Have to clean out the pans and dinner plates like I did in my camper so food waste didn’t enter septic system. Love watching your videos, the girls are growing up SOOO FAST. Look forward to each video posted!
I second the suggestion about no garbage disposal when you have a septic tank.

She is hard core! We tried seeing if she would switch a year or two ago, but she just kept going back to it. So now we embrace it!
