I'm not a fan of raw sound videos bc I usually put youtube on for bg noise while I cook, clean, paint etc. so I use them more as a podcast I guess. I like it when the person talks the watcher/listener through the process and a occasional glance to the sceen is enough to follow while I do my own stuff. raw sound requires me to acually sit down and watch while not getting anything done, which obv is nice if you have more free time but just not practical for me at the moment
also fantastic work as always! hope to build the cage and furniture myself too once I have enough time for a pet again

I don't mind no talking videos... they can be relaxing. And I was bopping around to the song while you were painting lol. I LOVEEE how the new paint job looks on the mutli hide... it's so stinkin cute! I might have to paint my Oakley's hide.... but then I'd have to disrupt his nest so maybe not. lol. I like the twigs over the sandbath for hanging toys... neat idea. Love your video, as usual.

i jumped when you said the original multi-chamber hide was built a few years ago. that feels like yesterday.
"raw sound" is often created with ASMR in mind, which for a lot of people sounds fantastic, but for some people like myself it feels like nails down a chalk board aha..

Hi Erin!So sorry to disturb you but I need some advice. My Hamsters(I own 2. Both are females.) Peanut and Banana have this problem. Their sisters. Just recently they started having red-colored discharge coming out from their noses. Today when I was doing my daily nosebleed check, Banana had a lot of discharge coming out of her nose. I have no idea but I think her eyes were a little crusty! Her pee was also a bit strange colored today. It was a little more brownish than her usual milky yellow-colored pee. Her poo is also a bit green with a tint of blood at the end. Banana is still running on the wheel and does not seem to be eating or drinking less. When she woke up today her eyes remained half-open for a few minutes. She also had a bit of what I think was blood coming out of her eyes. Peanut also had most of the same problems except she instantly opened her eyes when I held her, unlike Banana. This issue has concerned me for quite some time now, I really hope you can tell me more about it. I recently also have been reading up on these symptoms and a lot of them said something about them having an infection or disease. I am very worried and I hope you can get to this soon.
Go to a vet! You can't get a diagnosis or a proper treatment off the internet unfortunately

Newbie here, why are some pieces lined with cork?
It helps to protect the wood and increase the lifespan of the house/shelf it's on, the cork can easily be scraped off and replaced if it becomes dirty :)
