If people think that AI is joke and emotions cant be imbibed by robits, they are under big illusion. It might be possible that this incident was due to technical gkitch but it is wrong to say that robots cant become so advance to show emotions.

So people who are wondering about this incident, this can be a proper technical explanation:
These robots are based on A.I systems which are based on Artificial Neural Networks. So whenever An Artificial Neural Network will made to do computations beyond a limit, it produces garbage values, so because of overwhelming amount of workload, the Artificial Neural Network in that robot has produced too any garbage values which has led to this technical glitch. And other reasons could be overheating of the system which might have effected the electronics of that robot, which has led to this technical glitch.
