HAGGIS SCOTCH EGGS by JEFF

We welcome good friend and fellow Taste Buddy Jeff Fuidge back into our kitchen to give us a masterclass on the ultimate Scotch Egg. Jeff takes his Scotch Eggs very seriously, and also quite literally, by adding Scotland's most iconic ingredient to the recipe...Haggis! And, as if that wasn't spicy enough, there's a few chilli flakes in there too so these are definitely a very grown-up version of the nation's favourite picnic food! Lakis does his best as he attempts to make his first ever Scotch Egg under Jeff's watchful eye (we suspect he had a definite ulterior motive to his technique by the way!!). Practice makes perfect they say, but we'd have run out of precious Haggis if we'd have let him practice anymore! As well as being fun to make, these are the most delicious Scotch Eggs you'll ever eat. Enjoy!

Your Dad and Mum used to bring us their local home-made Haggis out back in the day Helen...like little cannonballs they were....and oh-so-tasty!!! These are the most amazing Scotch Eggs you'll ever taste! Seeing as you have the best of the main ingredient right on your doorstep...please try the recipe and treat Dad...and give him our love xx
